Really enjoyed my 2 day stay. Check In staff was friendly, efficient and very professional. Even let me choose a room from the available rooms. Room was clean and comfortable.
Bed and pillows were comfortable, AC worked great, plenty of hot water. Full size fridge a welcome convenience.
Very quiet I believe due its location. Many great food choices within a few minute walking distance, but far enough not to disturb hotel patrons. Easy access to Interstate 19.
The parking lot is adjacent to the Tucson Loop Bike/Walk path which is one of the reasons I chose this location. Also close to hike/bike trails in the Tucson Mountain Park.
Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Tucson.

Great updated hotel. Room was very clean. Bed and pillows were very comfy which is a huge plus for me! There is a mini kitchen with a normal sized fridge/freezer as well. We got in super later after a concert and the person working at the front desk was very nice. Definitely will be staying here again!

⚠️ Warning: Improper charges a month later. Employee at the hotel, older female, kept running my card and didn’t know how to use the computer at their front desk or else also possible internal fraud. I specifically remember becoming concerned after she said, “I don’t normally work this shift overnight, I don’t know what I’m doing.” She also got upset that I did not want to signup for their loyalty program while she had been struggling telling me my card isn’t running. I said I will stay somewhere else, which I did. My card worked fine at every other business I have been to as I definitely had sufficient funds. As I already know, this case undoubtedly falls on My Place. Now, I have almost $300 in charges from this organization *submitted by them a month later!* I never stayed there because she said the card wasn’t going through after running it almost 4 times. I suspect internal fraud since my card information was somehow retained and improperly transacted in a following month, after a very poor experience with the original employee. Beware. Could be a larger issue affecting other people. Always check your statements. Take care and be well.

I had been driving for about 18 hours cross-country, and needed a quick stay. From the staff to the facility, everything and everyone was super nice and super professional. Second to none performance by the staff who assisted me in checking in and checking out. Made everything super easy. The room was great, very comfortable, I slept like a baby, and kept very clean, so kudos to the cleaning staff, as well. Thank you for an amazing night!!!

Unprofessional Service and Constant Room Changes

I had a terrible experience staying at this hotel, largely due to the actions of an employee named Wayne. From the start, he was rude, unprofessional, and gave me a hard time during my entire stay. Every day, I was moved to a different room without prior notice, which was extremely inconvenient.

To make matters worse, when I wasn’t in my room, staff were attempting to move my belongings without my permission. There was even an attempt to sell my room to new customers while I was still occupying it. This lack of respect for guests' privacy and comfort is completely unacceptable.

The customer service overall was very poor, and it’s clear that there is a lack of respect for guests at this hotel. I would not recommend staying here, as the experience has been nothing short of stressful and frustrating.

In addition: Extremely Disappointing Stay – Lack of Cleanliness and Service

I’m extremely disappointed with my stay here. One of the primary reasons I chose this hotel was the promise of cleaning services every four days, yet they failed to clean the room even once during my entire stay. The responsibility of cleaning was placed on me, despite this not being communicated upfront or agreed upon.

The lack of housekeeping not only created an unpleasant living environment but also left me feeling neglected as a guest. A clean room is a basic expectation for any hotel, and to be told I would need to clean it myself is beyond unprofessional.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as it severely impacted my overall experience.

Our first time staying at this hotel, and it was great! Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean, the staff was wonderful and accommodating to our family and the Kitchenette is a plus. Will definitely be coming back.

Let's start with the good (since it's a much shorter list): the staff was friendly and competent.||Moving on to the problems:||- They will send housekeeping to your room once every *five days*. Want your room cleaned more often? That's an extra charge.||- If you need to change your reservation at all? You have to make a new reservation. And no refunds under any circumstances.||- They often run out of staples like coffee, conditioner and toilet paper.||- The walls and floors/ceilings are paper thin. We heard literally everything our neighbors next to us and above us were doing. We heard every step our upstairs neighbors made.||- The thermostat was really wonky. We set it to 75 heat and it was freezing. At night we set it to 67 A/C and were boiling.||The place is cheap but not a bargain. Book elsewhere.

Very nice! I enjoyed the rooms, they were nice, and the beds were comfortable! Also, the TV was very big! The bathrooms were clean and had some very nice smelling soaps available for washing. It was nice to have so many towels ready to use all ready for us!
