Really enjoyed our 2 night stay here in October. It is not a fancy hotel, nor is it low-end. When you stay here you get the basics - clean room, basic tv with basic channels, a coffee maker, kitchenette (with a stovetop, large fridge and sink), and full sized bathroom. They usually have recliners as well, but we’re swapping them out during our stay. If you want free breakfast, pool, gym, fancy curtains or a mint on your pillow….you won’t find those things here. Staff were great, and quickly gave us a new room when we complained about a noisy neighbor after the first night. All for $100 per night. Great service. Great value. Would definitely stay here again.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Bend Oregon. It is centrally located without walking distance to downtown and Drake park. The hotel is well maintained. The staff is very friendly. The coffee is the best I have tasted. The room are big and the recliner in the room is a game changer. You don't have to lay in the bed all the time. It has a table so you can eat it also. This is a small studio with the comfort of home.

Stayed here with my family during a hot season and loved it! The kitchenette was great and the hotel was very clean. Although there were no pots in the kitchen, you could request anything you needed at the reception. Coffee was always available there too. The location is excellent. It's a budget-friendly hotel (not cheap, but reasonably priced for the area in the summer). The only thing we missed was having a pool. Taking one star off. For this price, with no breakfast, a pool would make sense.

Hotel was nice. Room was nice. Refrigerator was noisy, especially the ice maker. (It woke us up). Location was excellent. It was walking distance to Old Mill district and amphitheater. We plane to stay at My Place on our next stay in Bend Oregon.

Hotel reception was very friendly during check-in. Hotel is an easy drive to town but far enough out of the way that it felt very quiet and safe. Lots of parking. My Place Hotels are great because the rooms have full fridges and sinks. Room was clean and the bed was decent.

We had such a nice stay at My Place in Bend last night. The rooms were clean and cozy. The location was perfect for the concert we went to! I must have made an error with our reservation along the way, and the manager Josh was so kind and helpful! This is our go to place to stay! 💗

My Place is a great hotel with wonderful/helpful employees. We specifically chose it because they have recliners in some of the rooms. It's located directly across from the Mill District so has lots of shopping and restaurant choices. Hint -drive to the Mill. There's a hill to walk but lots of parking. The Mill is right on the river. Beautiful setting!

My husband and I have stayed here a couple of times but this time was different, we live in the area and I was scheduled for surgery on our check out day. The night before I called and asked for a late check out at noon because my surgery was at 1. The phone rang in the room and someone just sat there breathing heavily then a house keeper knocked on the door and was rude to my husband and then they called again and shut off our key cards . I am so dissatisfied on how we were treated. Absolutely disgusting and rude. Not to mention someone’s else’s hair in the shower and there’s was never a person at the desk, never will I stay here again
