Very nice simple rooms. Microwave small fridge. Nothing fancy but neat clean and everything I need. Very nice lady and young man at front desk. Very helpful. If you want simple cheap quiet room this is it! Thanks for letting me stay here 2 nights!

The main problem arise from the bathroom. The tub is angled in such a way where it becomes a major slipping angle. I'm a fairly young and agile person yet my wife and I almost slipped multiple times. The second thing is the curtains don't keep the water in the shower that well. I had to spend time mopping up the water on the floor so that I hopefully wouldn't get charged for something ridiculous. The sheets don't seem that clean either but that could just be the material. We also asked for a non-smoking room but when we walked in it clearly smelled like smoke.

Stayed for over 2 weeks with no complaint until this day 4/2/24, and the phones don’t work, they don’t notify you for anything going on in the area. The water was shut off for 2 hours and not a single person from the hotel came to let anyone who was staying in the residence know or call the rooms to let them know the water would be off for 2 HOURS. And when I went to speak with management about the water being turned off with no notice, the man and woman who are apparently the managers of this location started yelling at me saying that we could go somewhere else and how they were going to call the cops because I went to complain about them not notifying the guests who are staying in their residence about the water being off, or that they would have maintenance would come around to all rooms to do construction in the rooms, all in all. I’ll never be staying at this location ever again. And I recommend you don’t either. I have video evidence as well of them yelling at me and being extremely unprofessional. Being managers of a hotel residence, they should be more understanding of those who are going thru tough times and are willing to spend over $80 a NIGHT to have a roof over their heads. Very very very unprofessional.

Stayed three nights the rooms were very nice and clean but the best part of my stay was the customer service. I had an issue with my booking being booked for the wrong day and they were so friendly and very understanding they helped solve the problem without any hassle!!
