This location was perfect--many things to do nearby, including riding our side-by-side onto trails right out of the park. We stayed in the campground out in the open area for 21 nights in Sept. The open area was the best so you could get satellite. Could hear elk bugling at night. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and all the workout equipment in the gym. The campground was very quiet and is a dark sky park. We would stay here again.

RV park is somewhat remote but only about a beautiful 45 minute drive from Sedona. The main part of resort is lovely and shaded. We were put in phase 4. Nice large pull through sites with ample space for pull vehicle. But not a single tree. The sewer attachments were far above ground so we couldn’t hook up. No picnic tables. We called about the sewer. They were nice about it and offered that we could move. But by that time we were set up. Overall nice. But really is a large parking lot with hook ups!

Very nice, quiet, peaceful with no drama. Nice scenery, and a lot of things to do around the area. Only complaint was that the campsites were too close together with the hook ups way too far away From the sewer ports of most normal rigs. And the trashcan was too far away. Be ready to take walk or have an ebike to get to all the essential places.

Well cared for park with easy access to freeway. The staff was
friendly and helpful. The newest section (Phase 4) has the largest sites. No shade in this section, but great for Starlink and satellite TV, and territorial views. My site wasn't perfectly level, so I needed blocks, but everything else was great. I enjoyed the fall colors in the park.

This is the second time that I have stayed at Munds Park RV Resort. Since my first visit they have undergone a huge expansion, and the park has more then doubled in size. However they have not lost any quality in service. The people in the office were very friendly and professional, and the park is great. It sits in the tall pines of Northern Arizona not far from Flagstaff, in one of the most beautiful areas of Arizona. The older spots in the park are smaller but well landscaped and shaded by trees, but the new spots in the park, are wide open and big enough for any Rig on the road, and a trailer too. I will be staying there every year from now on. This is a great park don't miss it if you are in the aera.

Munds Park is a beautiful location and it was nice to escape the heat the Valley brings. However, the facility itself left my family disappointed. The "new spacious" lots are spacious, but fail to mention anywhere when booking that they're a 1/2 mile walk to the 'hub' of the resort where all the amenities are (including the only restrooms). On top of that, there is nowhere to park should you chose to drive to the pool - as 1/2 mile walk there and back can be a little bit cumbersome for small children. The rec bar advertised on the website was never open except for Sunday (football). The laundry facilities were out of service all 5 days of our stay which was a huge inconvenience and we ended up having to recycle thru already worn close. The complimentary WiFi was really really weak. The "heated pool" was freezing, the spa was FULL of bugs. I understand bugs=camping, but this was beyond and clearly was not well maintained. On a positive note, I enjoyed the gym despite numerous machines being out of service. All in all I would not recommend staying here, especially if you have kids.

Munds RV Park,
We had our toy hauler trailer parked at Munds RV Park in the newer Phase 4 section for the entire summer. This was to get out of the heat on the weekends from Phoenix (Tempe) to enjoy the much cooler weather. As a bonus to our weekend retreats, we had a great time meeting and riding our UTV’s with some of the other guest staying in the park. But what really topped off our weekend visits was the friendliness, helpfulness and responsiveness we received from the entire office, maintenance and cleaning staffs at the park. The gracious and thoughtful ladies in the office are awesome to work with for any assistances, priorities or requests we may have had. The cleanliness of the gym, restrooms, laundry and other facilities was excellent and speaks highly for the courteous staff that oversees those assignments. The maintenance staff was super friendly and always willing to answer any questions, help with concerns or lend a hand if you needed some assistance. Every RV Park staff member would take the time to talk with you for a couple minutes, give some history of the area, direct you to various riding trails, local points of interests or recommend a good place to enjoy a beer or meal. Our stay was so enjoyable that we are booking for next summer and have kept in contact with a couple of the other guest we met so as to join up with them again next year.

Overall an excellent choice off I-17! As you drive onto the property you immediately notice a clean and well maintained RV Park. Office staff (Shannon & Sue) very helpful! There’s an ice cream shop, recreation hall, outdoor pool and spa. Nearby and within walking distance is a coffeehouse with better than Starbucks options 😋
