Our pet room was perfect with a patio that opened to a fenced wooded area for pets. Our room had a wood burning fireplace and the Kingsized bed was comfy. The outdoor jacuzzi and heated swimming pool were wonderful. the grounds are beautiful. The restaurant rocked it. Delicious food and fantastic servers. We will definitely be back.

We spent part of our honeymoon at Mt Hood Resort and loved the misty mountain morning. Our room was cozy and romantic with a fireplace and patio looking out on lovely trees and greenery. We felt very welcomed with our dog. The manager, Christopher, made sure we were pampered and staff were so kind and excited for us! Lunch in Altitude was stellar. We met the chef Jessie and chatted and then wait staff Jose enriched our delicious meal with tales from Costa Rica and attentive service. You can’t go wrong staying at Mt Hood resort no matter your occasion. We highly recommend the facilities, the location and especially the staff. Christopher is nailing it as a manager!

This resort was absolutely amazing. Over the years I have stayed at this resort with family. This time I stayed there alone for a week from December 3rd to the 11th. Christopher and all his staff were amazing. I am currently disabled and on a walker. They went above and beyond to help me. They gave me rides to have breakfast at the lodge and dinner some evenings. Anything I needed they brought to me. The front office staff, the bartenders, the servers were so very kind to me. The accommodations were absolutely beautiful and comfortable. The pillow were nice and soft, and I loved the fireplace in the room. They made me feel like family. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

I would give Mt. Hood Oregon Resort 10 stars if I could. From the moment we made our reservation to the moment we checked out, I was incredibly impressed. We came here for our anniversary trip and brought our two dogs, and this resort really knows how to make guests traveling with pets feel welcome.

The check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff was friendly and accommodating from start to finish. We stayed in a King Fireplace Room, which was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with a modern yet cozy mountain vibe.

The on-site restaurant was fantastic! Our server was knowledgeable and made great recommendations that definitely didn’t disappoint.

Overall, I’d give this place a solid 100% recommendation. Whether you're passing through or planning a longer stay, I highly recommend Mt. Hood Oregon Resort!

This is listed as a Premier Best western. Discribed online as lu ury. When we check in the front desk staff were fantastic and that is where the expected experience ended. Our room was dirty and worn out, torn up fake wood around the fridge, no blankets on bed. Arrived to a 45 degree room which took hours to heat up to 71 degrees no matter what the thermostat was set at you could not get the room over 70 to 71 degrees, dog poop bag box over flowing with dog poop, normal movement in room above us sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling with all of the cracking and popping sounds. House keeping in the room next door seemed to consist of a few young couples hanging out, with the men wondering around the parking lot. House keeping piled up dirty sheets and blankets on the dirty sidewalk directly in front of our door. I had to push them aside to get out. Small dog barked non stop upstairs for well over an hour around 9pm. I called front desk and they stated they would sent someone over. I waited outside for 15 minutes and no one showed up. No one from the hotel brought it up again. Holes in the walls from past art hanging or? Wires running down the wall from the small TV. Room was missing all center of room furniture shown in the online photos. The only cups in the room were the cheap disposible plastic cups one would expect at a motel six. Free premier hotel breakfast consited of bagels, a few packaged muffins, white unlabled slop, cereal with no milk, a few fruit pieces, cream cheese and butter. A standard BW gives you a full breakfast. Woman at check out was unfriendly and didnt bother to as about our stay. Fitness center has aparently been close for along time. Front desk is closed from 11 pm to 7 am, if you call with a concern or questionthe phone will ring and ring. With all of the oddities at this hotel we a tually felt unsafe like this cant be real licensed operation. Keep in mind this is listed as a Premium / luxury property. This should be removed from the best western portfolio until it is run by a reputable operation and not a slum lord I wish to be contacted by hotel management and coorperate.

Stayed here in the winter, as such the prices were low. Previous reviews mentioned the property being out of date and in need of a face lift. As such, I went in with low expectations. I could not have been more wrong.

The room we stayed in (fireplace king) was extremely spacious, clean and felt updated. The room was very quiet and a short walk to the hot tub. For the price the room felt luxurious. There is some construction taking place in a few buildings, but it didn’t affect our trip.

While the buildings on the property were visibly old the insides felt well maintained.

The staff was relaxed and didn’t seem overworked. That said, we came during winter and there were not many guests.

The pool and hot tub was clean and is surrounded by large trees.

Overall, considering the price of the rooms I felt we more than got our monies worth and will be coming back.

The rooms are very nice and they're clean and the staff members are all so friendly. We earned a free room after staying last year and couldn't figure out how to use it, they switched systems since then and couldn't figure it but still honored it. That's good business. We'll definitely be staying here for every snowboarding season.

Best thing about this resort is the exterior. Rooms are very dated and dirty. We had two rooms and unfortunately a long stay of 5 days. Roaches, broken phone, broken doors that would not lock, broken clock. Fitness center was closed for renovation but apparently that has now been over a year. Restaurant was absolutely horrible. Out of food, poor food, and drinks made poorly. Staff was all untrained interns with the exception of one nice female bartender. Restaurant was so bad too many problems to list. It takes ALOT for me to leave a bad review but this place needs a lot of care and attention. It is extremely dated and unclean. The ac/heat are very noisy wall units and good luck getting your room cleaned. 3 good things to say 1. The outside appearance looks nice 2. We had a very nice bartender 3, i had a very good massage. This place is dirty and staff is untrained and apparently short staffed. We asked for daily cleaning which we did not receive so, then we went to front desk ( couldn’t call phone was dead) and asked if we could get clean towels just to be told they were out. Do not recommend. If they want return guests they need to put some money into this place and clean it up and update it.
