The rooms were stylish with big windows and electric shades, and the beds were comfy. The bedding however was a huge miss, the cover “blanket” was only slighter thicker than a sheet. We looked in the room and there was no extra blankets anywhere. We were all cold and less comfortable. The option of a traditional duvet would be MUCH preferred.

The bar is also the front desk, which is cute when it is slower but after the Suns home game the bar area was filling up and people were checking in. The bartenders were lovely but trying to juggle both tasks and it made for long wait times for everyone. A dedicated check in area or staff would be ideal for weekends and busier times.

The location was perfect and close to many restaurants and the Footprint centre was one block away.

Did an overnight date night w/ the husband and stayed here. The hotel was cute clean and stay were phenomenal! The atmosphere was chill with lots of little games to play and a well stocked bar. They even give you 2 drink cards while you stay. The room was small but perfect for our needs. Only complaint is the bedding is very thin for the cold weather. We were cold most of the night w/ the heater running. Additionally the pillows were horrible. Had to basically bunch them into a ball to feel supported and sleep comfortably. Would rate this as a 5 star but the comfortability of sleeping was highly lacking.

Stayed here for the weekend while we attended Mariah Carey and November Nights. I give this hotel a 10+ for cleanliness. For that alone I would stay here again. I didn't read all the details when booking, so this is my fault, but the rooms have no fridge or microwave or coffee maker. They will hold items for you downstairs in their fridge though. They have free coffee in the lobby in the morning and also a full bar. It's a cute little hotel located next to the stadiums and the room was quite small, there was nowhere really to eat a meal in the room. But if you're just going to be using the room to sleep and get ready while you spend most of your time out and about, this place is perfect for that. I wouldn't spend a bunch of extra time hanging out in the room because you can feel claustrophobic. The lobby has a really great vibe and all of the staff members we interacted with were very friendly and accommodating. Parking is $43 a night in their garage too. Overall a really great experience and would definitely stay here again based on cleanliness alone.

Super cool hotel. The lobby space and bar area are really great. I spent a good amount of time working in the lobby with colleagues and enjoyed that space. Plus, the staff was so accommodating! Everyone was so nice in every interaction I had. Everything was very clean. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay there again or recommend it to all of my colleagues

This is a nice hotel in downtown Phoenix.
Very nice and historic as it is in the old Luhr's Building from 1924. They did a great job of preserving some of the historical features of this building when they converted it to The Moxy hotel. The facade of the building is mostly original and it also has some of its original features on the inside as well including an old mail collection box near the elevator which is a nice little of historic touch.
Overall the room is really small but that is okay if you're only staying for one night. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable.

This hip, tiny hotel is a real hole in the wall with basically no parking or defining exterior features to speak of. Blink and you miss it; I drive past it twice while looking for it because the sign is so small.

The room has no refrigerator and no desk (other than a small fold-out table that I'm surprised can hold weight). The shades in the room work very well to keep out light, but because the window in the bathroom only has a translucent tint and because the bathroom door (which only slides and does not have a locking mechanism) also only has a translucent tint, then your room will be bright during the day - whether you want it to be or not. If you get a room with a view of the city, you'll be treated to the backs of some skyscrapers and the top of a parking garage.

The bar selection is fine, but the kitchen closes early and those hours aren't posted anywhere, so don't expect to eat there unless you only want the free pretzels and M&Ms that are available at the check-in desk. There's also no pool, which is always a surprising decision for a hotel in Phoenix. There's free coffee in the mornings, but the food costs money and is just things like muffins and bagels.

What this hotel lacks in amenities, it makes up for in style. Adjectives like "quaint," "chic," and "quirky" immediately come to mind. The lobby is always full of colorful characters from every walk of life, and there are vendors selling things early in the week.

Stayed overnight following a concert at Footprint. Check-in was a breeze, and I was given a drink token. After the show and trying to use my token, the bartender said the bar and kitchen were closed. It was 11:15pm. While I sat in the lobby, I observed others getting fresh drinks. I again inquired whether the bar was open or closed. The bartender then said it was open, but earlier, I'd only asked about the kitchen. That was a lie. He also wasn't helpful to others when a glass fell. He left it on the floor by the seats and ignored 2 other guests hoping to place orders. I'm not sure whether he was overwhelmed or under trained, yet his approach left no desire to visit the venue again.
Next reason is the super small scale of the room. I wasn't prepared for it to be practically an efficiency with a barn style bathroom door. The handle of the door was difficult to access once inside, so you had to find the best solution to exit from inside. Lastly, the hallways are terribly dark. The blue color on the ways makes it really hard to navigate if vision is impaired.

This is a historic building and the vibe of this place is incredible. Yes rooms are small but comfortable. The decor is amazing in the rooms, halls and the lobby is so cute.

Perfect place to come back to and hang out with people after a show. Location is near chase field and close to really good restaurants.
