Pay the extra money and stay somewhere better. Quick weekend getaway was not restful. We were caught in a snow storm on the drive to Flagstaff, got in after 11:30. We were informed there would be a late check in fee. The front office staff wouldn’t hear us out. The next morning we were woken up by the sun at 6, one of the windows didn’t have a covering. The next night the neighbors were very loud. During check out the staff spoke to me in the parking lot and made no attempts to make the situation better.

Do not stay here. My wife and I stayed here on a whim thinking it would be a cute mom and pop inn. We were wrong. There were no bedside tables in our room, only a bed with no bed frame.
As we were sleeping, a man pounded on our door around midnight and then unlocked and opened our door. I had to push him out as he tried to force himself in. He said he was there to fix the TV. The front desk later confirmed they sent him to the wrong room.
After asking for a refund, the manager accused us of trying to scam them. This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Avoid at all costs.

I like staying here. It's on the north end of town near the Museum club. It's a nice walking distance to a few good drinks and live music. For being less expensive and having clean rooms and nice people at the counter I gave it a five.

Booked my room through hotels.com. We drove to Flagstaff and she told me i needed another card for $100 deposit and my ID. I told her my booking didnt have any deposit upon arrival stated. She said 'yes its there you have to read it" in a rude way. I said 'i know what i booked" smh. She wanted to charge my card again for a deposit and upon check out refund the deposit which was gonna take a whole two weeks. After that she didnt want to give me my refund saying it was non-refundable per room selection. Worst inconvience ever. These hotels shouldnt be allowed to charge a deposit if room was already booked. I wouldnt have wrote this review but it was the no refund that got me ticked. I hope they lose their hotel.

I've always stayed here when I was traveling through Flagstaff but back than like 2 yrs ago management was better but my visit back for the 1st it was HORRIBLE!!!
First the Native lady upfront was hella rude just being a complete "B" yes in all capital letters & I'm not sorry for my context bcuz but her service was horrible
If all my years passing through I've never encountered anyone like her
Not only that but when we went to get some food in a hurry bcuz of the long drive I left the card & she wasn't as helpful but more threatening verbally when I asked for a replacement just to open the room
And it was uncomfortable & I didn't wanna get kicked out only bcuz it was pouring as well that's the position we were in from checking in to leaving
And when we were leaving to get our deposit back they ran sack the whole room & that's when I finally got pissed off at the housekeeper & told him we're not criminals nor or we dirty people & everything was as is these Native people really need to adjust there attitude both the housekeeper & manager up front

Sink was clogged nobody came to fix it no hot water at 0430 and it’s 30 degrees outside. TV had no sound, overall you get what you pay for expect to be disappointed.

The room was clean and comfortable. The only issue I had was there’s no inside latch lock for the door. For security reasons, I really wish there was. I did appreciate the promptness of the staff responding to any questions or issues. I’m a cheap solo traveler. I don’t need any frills. This was perfect for me.
