This past weekend, my friends and I had the pleasure of experiencing the Mount Tom House in all its glory. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning scenery and the meticulously maintained grounds, which set the perfect backdrop for a VERY memorable couple of days.

The highlight of our mornings was undoubtedly the delicious breakfasts! Patty and Milana’s waffles were truly out of this world--a delightful start to the mornings that left us going back for seconds!

What stood out, however, was the remarkable hospitality we experienced throughout our stay. Juli and Craig have cultivated a warm and inviting atmosphere, making us feel like part of the Mount Tom House family. Their presence was felt without being overbearing, and we genuinely enjoyed engaging in conversations with every member of their team. Each person we encountered was friendly, outgoing, and eager to create a positive, guest-focused experience.

Mount Tom House is a gem nestled in the northern hills of Coburg, OR. Their processes and efficient operations, combined with the dedication of the owners and their incredible staff, create an unforgettable experience. I 100% recommend the Mount Tom House to anyone looking for a beautiful venue with exceptional hospitality! I will definitely be back!

Our daughter got married at Mount Tom House weekend before last. Our daughter found Mount Tom House's weekend package and after being very happy with their communication and the location they booked for their date. As the parents of the bride we have nothing but great things to say about Juli and Craig and the property. They are so nice and the house is very welcoming and comfortable. The meals were outstanding! The rehearsal pizza dinner was amazing and the breakfasts were equally delicious. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet. The grounds are beautiful and the outdoor space for the wedding and reception are lovely. It fit perfectly for the garden party vibe my daughter was envisioning. I was so impressed by this couple and all of their staff. They were really present in a great way. The wedding was magical and I really appreciate the part they took in helping that all happen. As an Oregon wedding planner with years of experience, I recently had the privilege of planning and coordinating a wedding at the Mount Tom House in Harrisburg, Oregon, and it was an exceptional experience. We got married at Mount Tom house this past weekend and have nothing but amazing things to say about Juli and Craig! We were drawn to their beautiful little oasis because it provided a full weekend experience where we could really slow down and spend time with our favorite people. Aside from being gorgeous, we were instantly set on booking them once we saw how thorough and communicative Juli was. In our venue search there were several places I had reached out to before Mount Tom House that were not responsive, took 1-2 weeks to get back to us with questions we asked, etc. I reached out to Juli with a few questions about their wedding weekend package and got a super sweet thorough response within hours, and she had that amazing level of communication throughout the whole process. It made planning so much more stress free getting her input and thoughtful responses on how we could set things up there, and she provided us with a great list of recommended vendors that saved us a lot more searching and ended up being amazing to work with as well. As far as the actual experience goes, we had the most amazing time at Mount Tom house. The house itself is so unique and stunning, the grounds are so serene and peaceful (we even saw deer walking around both mornings!), the food was AMAZING, and they were so flexible and accommodating with any requests we had. Their wedding weekend really is the full package! They fed us for every meal, and Juli was always around if we had any questions or requests! (But not in a overbearing way that impacted our relaxation or celebration, she was so much fun to pop in and chit chat with and was so happy to see us all having fun!) We had a bit of a unique situation arise as well with a huge thunderstorm rolling in right as our ceremony was supposed to start, and they did a phenomenal job of helping us pivot to make our ceremony happen while also making sure our guests were safe and comfortable. Our guests were raving about how great they were, going down and communicating with everyone about the situation and passing out umbrellas so they could get up to the space safe and dry! It was definitely one of those things where having the right vendors surrounding us made all the difference in making things happen and keeping everyone calm and easing anxieties. Mount Tom House is such a hidden gem and I love that it is a place we can go back and stay at every year! 1000/10

Such a beautiful spot for a wedding! Loved photographing my clients and found so many beautiful spots for photos all around the property. The house itself is full of cool details and unique windows. Definitely hope to work there again!

Mt. Tom House would be a good venue for a birthday party but they don’t have the staff, experience or capability to carry out a meaningful event. PLEASE READ and take these things into consideration, especially if you are planning to have your wedding here. If you are setting anything up the evening before, make sure you confirm that the sprinklers are off. They went off the morning of my wedding and completely ruined all of our hard work and memories of the weekend. Even though you confirm the roof comes off the pool, you still have to ask them to remove the pool. Pizza was good, but comes out very slowly, so maybe ask them to have pizzas out earlier than needed. If staying in the summer, you and your guests may want to bring fans as a/c is weak. If communicating over email, you will have to follow-up after each email in order to receive a response, which usually comes a week after. When they delivered our port-a-potty, it fell and spilt liquids everywhere, so I would suggest you ask for a staff member to be nearby at that time.

My close friend was married here and we stayed the weekend. Julie and her staff were incredible!! So thoughtful and easygoing. They made everything feel so relaxed and enjoyable. The rooms are so nicely decorated with comfortable beds and delicious food. The house is a work of art. The stained glass windows and the amazing woodwork throughout really add to the feeling of luxury. I hope to find an excuse to come stay again!!

Juli and Craig have literally created a dream in the hills of Harrisburg. We were blown away by the personal communication with Juli for our event. In addition we spent the weekend with our closest family and friends and were completely taken care of. If you're thinking Mount Tom House for your wedding or any event, do it! The amount of love Juli and Craig put in MTH is insane and it is such a special place to make memories. Thank you!
