Wasn’t too bad of an experience, considering the cost. We weren’t really bothered besides a crying baby next to but that’s to be expected. It’s a good location close to many places of interest and the main guy in the office was extremely helpful. Explained I we could have saved money by going straight through them instead of online. Also looked out for us on making sure we got our deposit back.

Great price if you don't mind sharing your whole room with stink bugs & roaches. The place should be marked as historic bc nothing is updated. Roaches are in the mini- fridge. Sleep with 1 eye open (ppl try to get into your room while you sleep. I had a hotel door lock from Amazon) & an extremely sensitive nose bc smoke detectors are in a drawer & not on the wall.

My husband found cockroaches after 2 hours of renting the room, they said after 15 mins they would not issue a refund. They were willing to to change room, the whole place is infested with cockroaches. Remind you he was only there for two hours

Management is very rude. Went to go to my room and since I'm not the one who booked but I had the booking number the manager said I was lying and trying to steal a room. Ended up being surrounded by three workers like I had to get ready to protect myself. Three big guys crowding a little female

I only stopped by here to deliver an order of groceries to a guest here and it wasn't very nice at all really. Plus, I fell starting to go up the stairs with a couple twelve packs of soda because I completely missed the first step. And slammed front first onto the soda cases and steps. Because I tried protecting the order Instead of myself and then kinda slid down to the floor. The first step is probably at least an inch taller than the rest of the steps going up to the second floor and I guess I didn't notice before I crashed. Now my elbow is killing me and threw out my lower back and twisted a knee. Nothing broken so I at least didn't have to go to the doctor for it.

I am a disabled vet with a service dog and was refused at room due to their pet policy even after I explained and showed identification for my service animal. Lawsuit pending.

If I could rate as less then 1 I would, please read before staying at this hotel. I stayed at this hotel tonight and found bed bugs walking all over the bed after I came back to the room from dinner. I notified the front desk attendant and was told I had to have brought them because they haven’t had any complaints. I work in the medical field and I am knowledgeable about bed bugs and the issues they will cause. I am totally disgusted that the person working there told me my education and experience mean nothing because there is no way the bugs he saw walking on the bed were what I saw and know they are. Here is a picture as proof as well this was one the pillow of the bed . I would advise everyone to stay away from this dirty hotel that has terrible customer service.

It was totally disgusting and found cockroaches and blood all over the floor and cigarette burns through the bedsheets . Don’t recommend . A TOTAL DISASTER NIGHTMARE
