Loud, rundown, room was nowhere near as nice as the pictures, Between the train, the traffic and the people in the rooms around us we got little to no sleep. It felt unsafe and uncomfortable. The door didn't close properly, the hand bar for the shower was loose, and the bed was lumpy. It was only for one night, thank goodness. The office staff were nice when I let them know there was a man passed out in his car outside our door in the morning when we were leaving. If there had been some security, it would have felt safer. Nothing to be done about the horribly loud train, though.

Run down rooms, not too clean. No blow dryers. No shampoo, have to ask at the office each day for towels. Staff is very nice and helpful.

Great hotel for the price. The thing I found particularly great was the staff and the exceptional service. Id like to highlight one staff member who far exceeded her job scope by helping me out after I accidentally booked the wrong nights online and she personally contacted the online agency and after many times on hold resolved the issue for me ..... Thank you so much Alex Reyna you obviously go above and beyond!! Thank you

Worst experience!! Don't book here. We called ahead of time to let them know we were driving from a couple hours away and wouldn't get there till pretty late. The hotel rep over the phone said it wouldn't be a problem. The check in policy on our confirmation and a sign at the hotel check in window confirmed that you have until 5am to check in. We showed up at 4am but the hotel check in rep was extremely rude and refused to check us in. She said that when we called earlier, we didnt speak with her so shes not going to give us a room. Thankfully, Expedia called the hotel themselves and agreed that the hotel violated the check in policy and was therefore able to issue us a refund. Happy we got a refund but we were left without a hotel and had to sleep in the car.

The place is decent and cheaper than most. The bad part is, the train runs behind the place and can be very loud and then the jets from the Air Force Base are constantly flying over and are very loud . The room I was in should have only one bed. It was small and very crowded and the AC didn't work right and my son and I were miserable . I had thought that my checkout day was Saturday and it was Friday. I ended up packing my things, I was cooperative, but housekeeping and management was still rude. I had stayed there a year or two ago when I was homeless , I lost my job due to COVID and things snowballed and I ended up in a motel. Anyway, as I was putting my stuff outside to load in the car, the manager saw some rough looking man and asked , "Is he going to help you?" I felt insulted. I told her that he isn't even with me . All of my stuff was outside the door and the manager asked "Is your ride coming or what?" I told her my car is right in front of me. I was there because I am leaving the state and wanted to say good bye to family members. I wasn't wearing makeup and had sloppy clothes. Who looks glamorous after moving and will be driving over 2000 miles. Just because I looked like a slob at the moment and was homeless in the past it doesn't mean that I should be treated like scum. To top it all off, management called security on me despite the fact that all of my stuff was outside the door and I was loading. I was being cooperative and not rude, not saying anything to anybody....maybe loud when my cat scared me when he got out of his carrier and jumped at me hoping to get out of the car. Oh yes I took a quick break or two from loading because it is awfully hot. It was about 110 degrees that day. Security did see that I was loading the last item and I was getting in my car so they left .

The manager treated us very rudely. We will never come back to this motel. Highly recommend one of the other moteln6 or just find a entire different motel all together.

Idk what everyone is complaining about. This place is perfect. You're near everything. It's a motel, what do you expect. If you want somewhere to sleep for cheap. You got it here. I loved my stay here. Deff will be back. No issues here. If you don't like it here.... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE π I'm from out of town, and no issues here. Staff was excellent π
