Very outdated even the so called remodeled rooms r not remodeled only painted walls. 2 ice machines and one out of order the other I got about a cup or 2 of ice. I could have dealt with it if the charge of rooms were equal to what you got but 100.00 a night is way overpriced!! If I hadn’t have been so exhausted from traveling over 2000 miles for 2 days I wouldn’t have paid and stayed. The young lady at front desk was awesome she was very friendly and understanding and moved me to a bit better of a room but definitely not worth the money but she was awesome!! Also a lot of drug addicts and shady people around, I certainly did not feel good w the surroundings!!

I called because I was in need of a room and I spoke with Mercie over the phone and she told me that she could help me. I came in and was able to meet the pleasant voice as well good customer service that I received over the phone and her customer service is even more pleasant in person. My experience was very pleasant and I greatly appreciate her for that. Thanks a million, you deserve 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'s 🤩💫!

Overall over priced for what you get. Outdated and very judgemental as I am in a mixed race relationship you can feel the unjustified treatment. The rooms are super small but I will say they were clean. Some upper level can be a good hike to get to them so double check you have everything so you can limit those back n forth trips to your vehicle. Nothing in the room to keep anything cold and no microwave. The towels were small and thin. The water was hot 🔥 probably a lil too hot but I will never complain I'll take the hot water. The staff though is suspect I watched them take someone's luggage when they walked away and then denied it. This spot has potential but is held back by a grumpy overbearing staff.

I had just escaped a domestic violence situation last Saturday and needed a place to stay quick. Unfortunately I chose this Motel 6 at Bell and 23rd Ave in Phoenix.
The first room had no air conditioning, the second room,#162, they gave me was filthy. There were literally cock roaches alive and dead on the floor and walls and three dead ones inside the refrigerator. I called the front desk and she said there was nothing she could do as there were no other rooms available. So not only was I scared for my life, I was staying in a completely filthy, unsanitary room. There were so many drug addicts and drug deals going on in the parking lot Saturday night, it was the most terrible motel I've ever stayed in. I also emailed corporate and no one has emailed me back. I will never stay at a Motel 6 again, better off sleeping in car.😕 I have quite a few pictures of the room and alive and dead cock roaches.
Update 11/18/24- I have yet to receive a response from anyone. Such poor customer service.

Had a rough day and got turned away from a couple places due to it being later in the day and even had my booking messed up, But the lady in the front was very nice and helpful and reallt went above and beyond to make sure I got a room to stay in and it was really nice and clean I am forever greatful defenantly 5 Stat to the service here thanks Mercy for the great service!!! Keep up the great work 🙂

Jesus works in the front office he was absolutely awesome in every way my favorite worker hands down... I have no complaints for him I appreciated his presence i feel saver whenever he was at work because that area I quickly discovered was full of drug and homeless people literally surrounding the hotel to the point where I couldn't even enter the office they were blocking the entrance it was pretty chaotic made me feel so uncomfortable...the ice machine is broken, they have a community microwave in the office because the rooms don't have them...the guess and homeless ,drugged out people use ... alsoTheir bed sheets and covers had blood spots and stains all over them and cigarette burns...

Nasty room. Homeless in the area right under i17 underpass and walking in front. Noisy people yelling at 3am. Cockroach in room crawling on food I had to dump out. Only stayed here a night. Charged me for a room with microwave and refrigerator extra 20 dollars. Reimbursed that only. Gave an extra star for the reimbursement. The motel 6 in Scottsdale and Tempe are nicer and cheaper.
