Room was clean and neat. Heating unit was trash. Turned off and on every 30-40 seconds. Was extremely loud. Every time it turned off, there was a mechanical "thud". Had to turn it off in the middle of the night in order to get some sleep. Not to mention the location. It's literally a sidewalk away from the main street through Payson. Obviously, Payson does not have a vehicle noise law.

A great place for travelers. We are relocating to the midwrst, and driving makes you bone tired. We found it to be clean and comfortable. You can't beat the rates and finding a place that is willing to take a large Wooly Siberian Huskie was worth 5 stars alone.

I recently here and I can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the welcoming atmosphere and impeccable service. The check-in process was seamless, with a friendly and efficient front desk team who made me feel right at home. The room itself was spotless and beautifully maintained, with all the amenities one could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable—exactly what you need after a long day of travel. The motel’s location was perfect, providing easy access to local dining options. One standout feature was the level of cleanliness and maintenance; it’s clear that the staff take great pride in their work. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable.

Stayed at this Motel 6 this last weekend. Let us be honest, it is Motel 6 not a Hilton or similar. It was interesting that part of it was across the street from the main area and office. Pretty sure I got put in an ADA room or former ADA room as it had bars on the tub. There was a noisy fan in the bathroom and at times the water pressure dropped to like almost no water.
Beds were nice. Not all the tv channels worked sadly, and the listing matched the booklet and tv channel, but then said no signal.
Biggest thing I would say is stop overcharging for what you offer. Yes there are limited options in Payson, but again, it is Motel 6 and not the Hilton. Just because there are less options for lodging in Payson, does not mean you should overcharge people staying there.
Convenient part is that it was close to everything I was doing, besides visiting people in Pine/Strawberry. Still convenient for that even because of the 87.

Let me start by you have two flat pillows on the bed a very uncomfortable bed there is no coffee pot there is no shampoo or conditioner there's a crack under the front door and old window unit ac in the wall not a picture on the wall handprints on the headboard small TV, no place to hang clothes. And the location backs up to a trailer park

The staff gave - VERY poor service about price and questions. Also did NOT speak clear English or did not want to.
Room was VERY basic and had dirty floor mat in bath room.

This place had very rude staff. The rooms were ok but the bathroom was filth. They tried to kick us out of the room before it was due. It is terrible, do not stay there it is a rip off.
