I liked the night desk clerk James. He did a great job.

I didn’t like housekeeping banging on my door at 9am and the front desk clerk banging on the door again at 9:07am. The claimed it’s their policy to bang loudly on doors starting at 9am to see if you have checked out. I checked in very loathe around 4am. I’ve been driving cross country, and fell asleep around 5. I had an alarm set for 10:30 so I could get 5 1/2 hours sleep and be out by 11am, which is checkout time. However, the hotel staff/management all made sure I only got 3-4 hrs sleep by intentionally waking me up without my permission or wanting it. It was the most unacceptable thing to have happened to me at a hotel ever. Was met with nothing but deceit and hostility when I complained to the manager. Knowing now that Corporate allows all franchises to act however they like and steal from people by kicking them out of rooms early, I’ll do everything in my power to never stay at a Motel 6 again.

They combative told me it’s their policy to wake people up at 9am… It sure doesn’t say anything about that on the signage in the office. And, no other hotel/motel I’ve ever stayed in has ever done anything like this. It’s not common as the unprofessional day front desk clerk tried to tell me it was.

We got to Hermiston just wiped out and ready to sleep. The night front desk clerk was very sweet and seemed to get a kick out of our dog having a pink tail.

I slept like a baby. Seriously. The bed was just the right amount of firm, and everything was clean and tidy. It was a great value for the price. On checking out, the morning front desk manager was friendly and professional. The whole experience was a real pleasure. Thank you!

Good place to sleep, but the bathroom wasn’t the best. Floors were all scratched up and the tub had a lot of black (staining maybe) in it. Beds were comfy though. Unfortunately it was kind of loud from the outside and the fridge.

The owners of this place are super nice, very accommodating, and have the best intentions. The rooms are reasonably priced for what they are, and the location has plenty of restaurants, shopping, and even truck parking across the street. The room was a bit of a disappointment for me. Motel 6 had gone to hardwood floors, which are easier to clean but not as comforting for an overnight stay. The walls in my room were concrete blocks with cracks between the window and wall. The bathtub drain was not installed correctly and drained onto the subfloor when full. I was baffled by the kleenex dispenser at head height, but I'm sure there is a reason for it (blowing your nose without using your hands?). My stay was pleasant though with very little noise from the street or the room above to disturb me. I don't know that I would choose to stay here if my company hadn't booked my room. The owners were definitely the best part of my stay, and I wish them the best with their business.

I'm not fond of motel 6 as they are typically the bottom of the list when it comes to motels. This one lived down to it's reputation. There were cracks between the window and walls, the tub drain was installed wrong, there was an outlet touching the bed, just so much that was wrong with the room. However, the owners were the nicest people I've ever met, perfect hosts.

Newly remodeled room, nice new furniture, good pillows, and great service. The beds are firm, too firm for me really, but I slept well. Great water pressure and hot temp. This is one of the best Motel 6 we've stayed. The AC heat unit in the room also warmed up the room fairly quickly. We'd definitely return! Also, they had a great rate.

They are reopened now. Something about a contract being cut short. Rooms are clean and comfortable and they have a ton of cable channels. A/C works great and front desk as well as their housekeeping staff are all amazing. They are truly there to make your stay comfortable 😉
