Driving up it the hotel look shady but we had already paid. First room we got was nasty. Bed not made. Dirty towels on the bed and blood on the towel. Second room was clean. It was a smoke free room that smelled of cigarette smoke. Air conditioner falling out the window fixture. Tv remote did not work at all. Had to turn tv on by bottom button and just watch that one channel.

Tanner was a beautiful host, made the process easy and very comfortable for us. I was in the non smoking room but after putting on the AC my room was saturated with the smell of cigarette but after turning off the AC I was very good. I had a good night too😊

I reserved two rooms in this hotel. Unfortunately one room the heater was not working. When I asked the person in the front desk ; he gave me a space heater which was not enough to keep the room warm.
Today, when I went to check in, the room’s heater was not working. I do not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel, poor customer service.

I paid for 3 nights after looking at the location online. The online photos aren’t even close to what you get in person. When I got to my room, it was absolutely filthy, the sheets were completely stained and obviously uncleaned, and the room smelled like smoke and pee. Sometimes they claim to be pet free, other times they claim to be pet friendly. Regardless, there was animal poop and pee everywhere. There were people very openly doing drugs on the walkways in front of the rooms, some shooting up on the steps that lead to the second floor of rooms.

The staff was almost professional, but had kids running in and out of the lobby the entire time I tried speaking with them. The cleaning lady was smoking a cigarette, while covered in sweat, holding bedsheets under her arms.

They refused to refund me for the room, even with it being filthy, unsafe, and far from anything advertised, so I slept in my car in a neighborhood, and felt much safer than I felt walking through the property of this “motel.”

This place isn’t a “bargain,” and you aren’t “getting what you pay for,” it’s unsafe and is a genuine hazard.

Positive: Requested immediate refund. Have receipt but money not credited to my bank account yet. Negative: Horrible location, inattentive staff, gross smelly room, undesirable people loitering in parking lot. Terrible overall experience

This place is safe and clean. No bugs. Housekeepers are courteous and manager will help out and is on property daily. Privacy is great and check in is quick.

Rooms are decent. Somewhat worn: the glaze in the bathtub was dinged in several places. New decor with wide-screen TV. Comfortable enough for the price.
