Upon checking into our room, we were immediately hit with a strong odor of marijuana, indicating that someone had smoked in the room despite our request for a non-smoking room. We contacted the front desk, and the staff member on duty simply brought us a spray without bothering to check if there were any other available rooms.
The following day, we requested an additional towel, as there were two of us in the room. However, the front desk staff member informed us that they were completely out of towels, and Erin, the staff member, simply replied that they could not accommodate our request.
I find it unacceptable that a hotel would not have even one extra towel available for guests. As I was leaving to my room I informed the staff that I would be leaving a negative review. Miraculously, Erin appeared with a towel, despite having previously argued that there were absolutely no towels available.
This incident highlights the poor customer service we experienced during our stay. It is concerning that it took the threat of a negative review for us to receive a basic amenity like an additional towel.
I hope that you will take steps to address the issues I have raised and ensure that future guests do not experience similar problems.

The location is convenient, but it's a truck stop motel, so I'd expect that. I wouldn't recommend this motel for women or young people traveling alone. We were a little creeped out. The service was just fine, to be fair we didn't need anything.
The room was dank and musty and the carpet was not clean. However all the amenities worked just fine - fridge, TV, AC. The bathroom was OK, nothing amazing but it was clean. Overall if you can I'd recommend somewhere else but on a tight budget it's OK.

Found bloodstains and suspicious stains on the towels. Check your bedding. Room smelled very strongly of smoke even though it’s a non-smoking room. You can literally hear everything the neighbors are doing like the walls don’t exist. The room was very, very run down (cracked walls, scuffed furniture, lampshade was literally falling apart, bedsheets are worn through in places). Other then the bedding and towels it was moderately clean. They are rennovating so hopefully the rooms will be updated as well. I’ve stayed in nicer for less (payed $90 on a Wednesday night - left at 8:30pm when I found the stains and was refused a refund) Some staff members were nice, but when I went to the desk to show the stains they literally couldn’t care less.

7.24.24 hot tub room
Either new or recently redone it is clean and comfy. Hot tub big enough for two and all the amenities. Friendly staff. No breakfast.
Definitely worth it.

I've been there a couple times it was def not the best and this time when I was told they were short handed on housekeepers I expected it to be pretty terrible. Shockingly it was the opposite! My room was actually clean and fully stocked but it also smelled nice too. Its still ugly as hell but you could definitely see that the housekeeper actually put in the effort. Her and the front desk lady were super pleasant.

The lobby when going in did not look too bad. But in the room the microwave did not get hot or even warm. The fridge did not work. There were stains on the blankets and my husband killed a couple of roaches in the bathroom. The shower was dirty, so we did not use it. We were traveling and were tired and the Hampton next door was full so was slept there to rest and left early. I told the on-duty manager about the roaches, and he stated they had just had the building sprayed. Told him about the appliances not working he stated no one ever told him they were not working. I hope I never have to stay there again. Go at your own risk. Stay there only in an emergency.

I've enjoyed my newly remodeled room on the first floor of Studio 6. The staff has treats their guests and has made sure I have everything I need to enjoy a comfortable stay. I will be be back!

Honestly, I just needed a bed and a shower for a couple nights. At first glance, the room was serviceable. The carpet is a little gross, but the room appeared to have been cleaned well.

The real deal-breaker for me was at night I saw a BUNCH of cockroaches in my room. On the carpet, on the counters, on the bed. They scurried away, but I couldn't get comfortable again after seeing it.
