Good place to stay for a night or two, or even an extended stay. Rooms are really nice and the same can be said about the staff. Rates are more than reasonable. Infact, I haven't seen any motels in the area that offer a better experience for similar, let alone, better, rates.

The front desk staff was polite and very sweet, but the rooms were dirty. I found 3 different bugs crawling around on the floor (multiple crickets, multiple flies, and a spider). There were several flies buzzing around the room all night and it made me feel like I was at the Bates Motel and Norman Bates had dead bodies hidden in the walls. A very full fly strip was hanging in the bathroom (which had a window facing the back and absolutely no curtain for privacy) and what appeared to be used bubble gum wrapped around it. The microwave was dirty with caked on food and there was a pull-off top from a dog food can sitting upside down on the window sill next to the window unit. The room was obviously not cleaned, however, the filter for the ac unit was sitting ontop of the unit itself as if someone just cleaned it. There are ZERO chairs, tables, or lamps in the room. No coffee pot in the room and the cable/satelittle tv was terrible reception. It was strictly a bed, mini fridge, very dirty microwave, and a wall-mounted TV in my room. The blinds were broken so anyone walking by at night could see into the room. The walls were also incredibly thin as I could hear a man simply speaking (not yelling) in the room next to mine. HOWEVER, the water was extremely hot and appreciated after having to sleep there overnight. I am still blown away that the price is $70 a night. I realized the next day I could have spent $5 more and gotten a better hotel 5 minutes down the road. Again, the staff was polite, but I will not be coming back.

This motel has just recently changed owners and subsequently changed management. The rooms have been completely redone. With gorgeous hometown decor and a great place to view one of the famous breathtaking and oh so spectacular Oklahoma sunsets! It's cozy feel and scenic views will make any ones trip a breeze

The manager was friendly and helpful.
The room was recently remodeled. It was clean but small. We only stayed one night so the size wasn't an issue. The bed was firm. No table or desk in room. It had a dorm fridge and microwave.
We paid $57 and feel that was a little high for what we got.
This motel also has an RV park. It's clean and has 30 and 50 amp service, as well as water and sewer. We plan on trying the RV park when we come back through.
We would recommend this to a friend.

After staying there on a weekly rate for several months, complying with the many rules and never causing any problems, We contacted the “Manager” twice. Once when we had no tv service and another when our toilet was broken. Both times we were made to feel like we were a bother. We paid our rent in a timely matter and, never complained when we had to wash our own towels and our sheets.I would not recommend this place due to the customer service from management

I have stayed here a few times and the people are very nice, friendly and very respectful. Everytime my rooms have been above and beyond clean and stocked. The rooms are non smoking and as a smoker I think it's absolutely amazing to walk in the room and not get hit with the smell of cigarette smoke. I would recommend my family and friends to get a room at this motel over any of the other hotels or motels around Chouteau/Pryor area. I was absolutely pleased with my experience here and the rates are amazing. Thank you Staff for making it feel like home.
