I can't go a full week without al pastor tacos from Monarca! My husband and I love to get the La Taquiza taco platter, and his favorites are the shrimp tacos. We go all the time because of the great food and service. We usually eat there, but they do great with to-go orders when we feel like staying at home.

We have been eating here for a while, and we tried a variety of dishes. Everything that we have tried has been great! I get something different every time because I know that I won't be disappointed.

The food here is really good .The loco rice is delicious, and if you enjoy crispy wings, they’re wonderful as well. I highly recommend trying them. We’ve never had a bad meal, and we visit at least once every two weeks or more. It has always been clean and wonderful service. I like supporting our local businesses!

The food was pretty good for NW Georgia. The staff were super friendly, and all of them had smiles and were more than willing to help you. We were seated right away, and the waitress got our drinks quickly.

I informed Waitress she apologized, removed meal from ticket.
I actually would not have even been that upset about the fly; however, the food was cold, flavorless, very little cheese, bland rice and beans, chewy chicken and chewy burrito. I even had a few crunchies that didn't belong that my teeth crunched on.. like dirt from the chicken burrito.
I had my hopes high cuz I actually really liked the chips and salsa.
No supervisor nor manager came by after we reported the dead fly.

Extremely disappointed in the service received this afternoon. We had a party of 7, was seated upon arrival. They were not busy, almost all tables were empty. Once seated we waited 20 minutes without having anyone come to our table. Even after asking the gentleman that welcomed us if someone could come to our table. While waiting another party was seated and promptly waited on. We got up to leave and the gentleman and manger at the door were extremely rude and unprofessional. They laughed after my father said he couldn’t believe no one could help us even after we ask. THEY LAUGHED as we left. This is how lose business. You should reevaluate your management, otherwise, you will be without customers. Several other options in the area.

This place is only about 2 months old as of writing this review. We weren't sure what to expect when coming here, but we were very glad we stopped to try it. It's small inside, but has an inviting atmosphere.

The server, Nicole, was very helpful and super sweet. She knew her stuff and had a keen insight for customer service.

The alcoholic drinks here are so delicious. We ordered a cinnamon horchata and a Mexican mule. Both were absolutely fantastic.

The chips and salsa were very tasty as well as all the meal itself. It was warm and seasoned well and the portions were moderately sized. The Mexican street tacos and Monarco fajitas were so delicious. My girlfriend loved their tomatilla sauce.

We will definitely be back again and hope to have Nicole again. She was great!

It's always hard to pick what to get at this place. Everything is great, from the salsa, to the nachos, to the burritos and more. One of our favorite places to visit every other week when we go out for Mexican Food.
Never had a bad meal or an issue here. Love it!
