Out of the way site, a lot of construction, all inside activities. River "views" are minimal. Dining is 3 to 4 star at 5 star prices. Shops are interesting. Services were exceptional; hospitality, housekeeping, valet, all provided with a smile. My companion has trouble with longer walks and a wheelchair was provided complimentary. Casinos were not much to talk about. Arena was impressive. 10k capacity, good acoustics.

I enjoyed my stay. I attended a conference at the Mohegan Sun. It was a great experience. There are a variety of dining options and other shops. The rooms were clean and spacious , and the staff were more than hospitable. The only issue was the food at one of the luncheons. The fish was dry and unseasoned, and there was a mound of quinoa on a bed of lettuce that was not appetizing. Other than that one meal, all other meals were great! Can't wait to visit again.

The resort also features an incredible variety of restaurants — whether you’re in the mood for a high-end steak dinner or just grabbing something casual, there’s no shortage of options. Michael Jordan’s Steakhouse is a must-try.

The hotel rooms are clean, spacious, and well-appointed with modern touches. I also appreciated how friendly and professional the staff was across the entire property.

The arena hosts top-tier concerts and shows, and the shops and spas are a great way to unwind between events. Mohegan Sun really blends entertainment, dining, and relaxation in a way that makes for a perfect getaway. Highly recommend!

Tried to charge us an undisclosed resort fee. There was no mention of such a fee when booking or checking in. Got no service to our room not even clean towels second day or refill on warm bottle water. We weren’t told at check out until I noticed it on my bill and questioned it she said the $15 per day was for the $10 freee food coupon we received. After 40 years of enjoying it there. I’ll never go back. It is a shell of the wonder place it used to be

The room service is absolutely fantastic. Our room was so clean and the bed I wish I could take home so comfy. Thanks so very much Mohegan can't wait to come back. We had a fantastic time as always!!!!

We stayed in the Earth Tower in a corner suite on the 7th floor. One of the rooms with no adjacent neighbors which we selected on purpose. Word to the wise, make your reservation by calling rather than online because we ended up looking over the expansive rooftop hotel of the casino. Gotta love that view. Any lower and it would have been far worse but for what we paid I would have expected a higher floor. More problematic was the very erratic heating/cooling system in our suite. If you put it on 70, it would blast hot air to the point of being ridiculously hot. But if you set it to 69 the room would get downright frigid. Because of this, we requested extra blankets since our first night was so chilly with no middle ground on temp. There were no extra blankets in the room despite it having a pull-out sofa. So we did end up getting three very ratty and stringy blankets brought up to us the next day. ||On the plus side, the water pressure in the shower was great. But they really need to do something about that wacky room thermostat.

Always love coming here. Win or lose its a great experience. Great services, great Host, usually good food at restaurants. Some restaurants are spot on and some miss a bit but overall plenty of great options. Rooms are very nice. Everyone I've encountered is friendly and helpful. Used to go to Foxwoods too yrs back but can't seem to separate anymore from Mohegan.

Fun place to visit. Great poker room, awesome Fan Duel sports lounge, a ton of slots. Table games are usually $25 minimum. Fun events and conventions come here. Love the tattoo convention, and the food and wine festival was a good time a week or 2 ago. Much recommend!
