New Years Day 2017 my tractor rolled out of the shed and went 35+ feet underwater in a clay pit quarry pond out near Swiss, MO. After six months of pumping water, Missouri Crane was hired to do the lift. Mike was a pleasure to deal with when sizing up project and scheduling the job. Travis did a phenomenal job as the operator but I was even more impressed by the way he surveyed the situation and then methodically implemented the plan. They were on time and safely heading back home before noon.

Great experence with Missouri Crane moving a hot tub up to the second floor. Travis was able to get that big rig up the driveway with extra care for the landscaping in a tight spot. Lift the boom up over the large garage roof, snag the hot tub and get it safely in place. All within a short time. It was like a gigantic claw game where a warm hot tub was the prize. Thanks for the great work

Miscommunication on the schedule, went from four days to two the week before Christmas, but reconfirmed the need for at least 21 more days after Christmas. Made this phone call 7:10 AM to communicate this as early as possible.
The man hung up on me, didn't allow for any deliberation as I was going to offer to pay for 8 hour minimums on those two days, then called my business partner in California (5:15 AM California time) just to let him know he could go F himself and then proceeded to call the crane operator already enroute to me to unload a semi truck. Leaving me stranded with no way to unload the truck. Smallest pick off the truck was 3,000 lbs so a lull in this location was not an option.
Fortunately a different local company had a 40 ton available and they will be getting ALL of our work moving forward. I will NEVER use this company again. Miscommunications happen, schedules change, it's a part of the construction business. A solution to satisfy both parties could have been found if it were not for the toddler temper tantrum I encountered when I tried to communicate the schedule change as early in the day as possible as I do understand a change in scheduling can be a challenge, but I have never, ever, had this type of child like reaction with a crane company anywhere in the country and I have been traveling for work for 28 years.
Avoid at all costs because if the mood strikes they will leave you stuck.

I've worked with Missouri Crane for several small projects since 2015 and every time we call to schedule we get the time we ask for. Not only that the crane operator usually shows up early to the site and is great to work with. They also charge at great rate and I feel like I always get my moneys worth.
