We're in town for a few days, from Iowa, looking for a place to move to in the area around here. While staying at a nearby hotel, we decided to stop by here not knowing what it was. Boy, were we surprised! I knew of their tea and lemonade since it's actually sold in Iowa, and my kid drinks a lot of it. I have to say that the food is great and the service is even better. We were impressed with how clean the place was, too. We even chatted with some other customers who gave us some great recommendations for the area in our home search. Very cool!

It is a routine for us to find a Milo's' when we would visit our home of Alabama. Honestly, it was more and more disappointing. When I tell you that we found all of the Milo's original qualities in an updated format, we did. The people were warm and friendly. The service was great. The food was different yet it had the same delicious flavors of Milo's. It was fresh and hot. We loved and enjoyed it. Thank you!

To Colt, that manned the register tonight, thank you for the best costumer service I've ever received from a fast food place. I mean top notch. I could've requested sushi and he would've ran to Publix to grab some lol. I hope nothing but the best for that kid now. I hope his sleep is pristine, every red light is green for him and he accomplishes everything he wants to in life. I can't forget the kitchen staff, thanks for making my fries extra crispy as requested. They were nummy. Love yall.

This is a hard review to write as Milos has been one of my favorite burger joints for almost 40 years now, but after yet another lousy experience, I can honestly say I won't be back. The original owner sold the restaurant side of the business in 2002 in order to take the famous Milos Tea Brand nationwide (a gallon of which currently resides in my fridge) and the restaurant has been on a downhill slope ever since. Over the past few years it has become really bad (especially at this particular location in Moody, AL). They have increased their prices at a far higher rate than inflation would justify (also known as Greedflation) and what is worse is the nickel and dime mentality of the new owner. They have instituted a policy of "Shrinkflation" (a form of fraud) whereby they give you smaller portions but charge higher prices. A great example is their Mega Meal. The Mega Fry they give you today is actually the same size as the medium fry used to be (while the true price for the Mega Meal is more than double what it was prior to 2020). They no longer honor the "Little Something Extra" (a little extra beef on the burgers) that the original owner had always included and the worst offense is the way they count every single drop of the Milos Sauce. The Milos Sauce is the only reason other than the tea that people patronize this chain and the store now makes it policy to give out only two, 1 ounce cups that are only half full which means you basically get 1 ounce of sauce per meal. If you want more, you have to pay for it separately. Add to that the fact that the customer service (again, especially bad at this particular location) is consistently bad with staff that are outright hostile and rude on many occasions, and it is simply not worth it anymore. Sad to watch such a great restaurant with what was once a very loyal following being run into the ground by crummy owners.

Stopped by for dinner with my folks when driving home back to Georgia. The burgers here are amazing as well as their original sauce. The Sweet Tea is also quite something as well. The only criticism I have is with the fries which despite being fresh and crispy, were overly seasoned with salt to the point that we had to shake some of the excess salt to the side. Other than that, courteous customer service, good food and clean atmosphere makes this place as a overall franchise a must stop for anyone driving to or through Alabama.

The fries were crinkle style and thick. The burger we got was the classic it lacked flavor. I always forget the sauce they add it was giving Salisbury steak vibes. The apple pie was mostly powdered sugar on the outside. The inside was also lacking flavor. Classic tea Overall a 3.8/5

I love Milo's. We don't have them in Georgia so whenever I get a chance to eat at one I take it. I always get the double cheese burger and fries. No onions. I love the Milo's sauce! This location is very clean and the workers were super friendly! Great visit!

burger was yummy would get again, little dude at the window was super helpful and nice i liked him shout out to him. id recommend, fries were a little salty but i also dont like salt. other wise super good
