We came at 5 on Sunday it was very packed. Line was nearly out the door. Anyways, we got the classic milk tea which was an 8/10. Then the AZ sunset and that was not good at all. Filled with artificial flavors and sweeteners to the MAXIMUM.

Service was fast, and the workers were kind, but the flavors are not it. My Strawberry Milk Tea w/Honey Boba was nearly white, barely pink and almost flavorless and my sisters Boba was similarly lacking any flavor. We left disappointed.

My experience with Milk Run was really good. I tried the Vietnamese coffee float with coffee jelly and left satisfied. Both the coffee base and ice cream were excellent—rich in flavor without being overly sweet, and the ice cream had a nice, creamy texture. The coffee jelly didn’t particularly stand out to me, but it was still a solid addition. I’m just not a big fan of boba, but that’s more of a personal preference than a reflection of the business itself.

The service was friendly and accommodating, and the interior was clean. I was pleasantly surprised by the pricing—$5.25 for a 16 oz coffee with a scoop of ice cream is pretty reasonable, especially in today's economy. The 24 oz is just $5.75, which felt like a great value.

I’ll definitely have to try the matcha float next time! Overall, I’m glad I checked this place out and would recommend it if this is your scene.

Literally the BEST Brown Sugar Milk Tea Boba I've ever had in AZ. Got a small (16oz) and immediately regretted it since I knew I would want more after the first sip! Staff was also friendly. The one negative was that the place's AC might not be able to keep up with the summer heat because it was warmer than what would have been ideal inside, but wasn't unbearable. Great place, and I will be going again!

This place was a great date place! I work at a boba shop back in Ireland, so it was interesting too see how they are run in the states. The shop was SO well kept and tidy, staff was very fast and friendly and helpful. Great menu choices. The AZ sunset drink looked beautiful although I wasn’t fond of the flavour, I was still impressed. I got two scoops of ice cream and the scoop sizes are really generous! Amazing atmosphere 🙂

Great ice cream shop. I love their tai tea ice cream its creamy and made in house. The shop is clean and family friendly and their staff are all younger people but they are polite and get the job done. It’s a local small business, give them a try.

This place smells like feces really badly 2/22 plus they don’t know where the smell is coming from. Not worth the hype. I will be reporting them to the health department. The staff sucks here they are unaccommodating. Why does it cost so much blend and the mixes are so expensive it’s $10 for one drink. It’s ridiculous.
