Stopped in to get details on rooms prices etc as they don’t answer the phone sign says open office note says to ring door bell for service rang it twice no one came sat in my vehicle and waited as it was cold and snowing saw a lady go inside she met me at the door and said “What do I want abruptly with a hug attitude I told her I want to know about getting a room etc was told We don’t got any as she pulled the door closed without another word seemed very rude and will not go back as it was not a very welcoming experience and a little strange to say the least to not let a potential customer go into a motel to ask about there motel rooms for current or future dates

Came by a few weeks to ask about a room ring the bell a few times and waited patiently and then finally a women came out a motel room and said with an attitude what do you went i replied a room please and she said we don't have any and slammed the door she came out of. Not sure how you had no rooms available when you didn't even check in your computer system. Need better service

This place is very awesome especially the managers and the staff who run the place are fantastic. They have a great policy when it comes to pets and they don't price gouging you like other places could. I stayed there for several weeks and I would definitely recommend it. They were great during covid-19, imagine how better it would be when this is all over.
My hat's off off to them I thank them I wish them well stay there if you can it's great!!!

New staff. This time when I went there it was all filled up (only 1 room remaining) and it would be $80 and they weren't honoring coupons. Never seen it all filled up before. Was ok in the past to stay there not no more. Looked like people hanging out on the balconies. ect. Old staff. was nicer. Better to stay at Hilton or Holiday Inn nearby for just a very little bit more.

I am currently staying here and the room and the bathroom was very clean upon arrival. The staff that are in the office was very helpful and have great attitudes. The housekeeping lady is very nice and she does her job very well. As for bad reviews, this isnt the Hilton but its very well maintained by the staff here. If there was something wrong when you was here then you should have spoke up and said something, like my grammy used to say "closed mouth don't get fed"!! Keep up the great work everyone!!!

Pros Good price, reliability quiet, clean, good size rooms, good bathrooms
Cons fully booked a lot, and can be busy
This is the best review out of all the other ones most people hate the manager because they are told there's no rooms But that's not their fault what you want them to fortnite upgrade the place
If your coming to the milford inn don't be a jerk then think your getting a room

This hotel should not advertise open if the attendant isn’t available 24hrs I sat at the door for 30 minutes ringing the doorbell as instructed to get a room very unprofessional don’t advertise open if you’re actually not open to accept new customers first impressions are very important

The only thing good about this place is the price, still its only because we got the week discount rate. The floor is caving in on most of the room. Bathroom toilet is lobsided making it uncomfortable to sit on. Customer service is harrible, the room is falling apart and when i complained about the room ac not working they actually told me "they could not do anything about it". i would only recommend this hotel on an emergency.
