I ordered 2 grinders, a 9" and a 16". The 9" was 9". The 16" was about 13". Should have been sold as a 12" grinder. When I called to let them know my order was incorrect, I was told the owner remembered doing my order and it was 16", nothing they could do about it. I would have accepted an apology and the difference between a 12" & 16" prices. Not sure if I'll give them another chance or not. The food was actually pretty good so it's a shame about the treatment of customers.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. We placed an order for an event a week in advance and we confirmed everything was all set the day prior as well as an hour before the items were to be delivered. They confirmed everything was all set at 10am for an order that was to be delivered at 10:45am. I received a call 5 minutes before the time of delivery stating that there was an issue with the oven and the order would have to wait another hour. I explained that this was a timed event and would need food to be delivered within the next 30 minutes. I inquired about the other items we ordered that did not require the use of the oven and if we could just have those items and add on additional items to supplement the missed pizza. The gentleman became upset that I was asking questions and hung up the phone. I can’t believe the level of unprofessionalism. He did not offer any apologize or accommodation. If you have an event and need quality service this is not the business for you.

Ordered 8:30pm on a Sunday night. Large cheese pizza and 6 mild wings. Food was average, came hot. Pizza was 7/10, change the sauce to bump up to a 10! I loved the crust, it was thinner than usual which is more my preference. Wings weren’t good at all though, asked for them to be extra crispy and that didn’t happen. Also, mild sauce was not the tastiest! New owners, not bad. But can improve.

Great Eggplant Grinder! Authentic marinara sauce, cheese, and grinder roll good. Eggplant tasted great too and was cooked perfectly. Couldnt do much better. And I got free chips and a can of diet coke. Unfortunately our house special pizza didn’t have much flavor or wow factor, it was kind of bland. I’ll be back for another grinder for sure though! Also the lady on the phone up front who cashed me out was very nice!

Update: The pizza was much better on the reheat, all the flavors really came out more and it was enjoyable! Maybe ask for it more cooked when you order.

Alright mike, you got yourselves two more customers. Ordered the #18 (Party pizza (was in two large boxes), 24 wings and a 2 liter for 50$. I pay that much for a pizza sometimes! Officially the new spot when they are open

I have ordered from Mikes many times and their salads are really good and their pizza is good. I just ordered a grinder and the menu clearly specifies that all grinders come with provolone cheese. I ordered a cheeseburger grinder and it had American cheese on it (I hate American cheese). I called them and complained and was basically told it was my fault for not specifying provolone cheese because the cheeseburger and steak and cheese both come with American. The menu doesn’t state this. Last time I ordered a salad I was given bleu cheese instead of ranch. I couldn’t eat that either. It’s just unfortunate they don’t care about their customers.
