The lobby was fine but the room was gross! The bedding had stains and mold, the mattress cover was broken and would not zip on one of the mattresses. The mattress pad was stained and gross. I saw this because the elastic on the sheets was worn out, so they would not stay on properly… The wall above the shower was peeling. The foam mattress pad in front of the window was stained. The longer we were there the more stuff I noticed. Just dirty overall. Definitely would not recommend!!

The hotel had a pleasant feeling and was convenient to I-75, food choices and gas stations. They only charged $10 a night for our little dachshund! Water pressure was awesome and towels were soft. Room was adequately clean. The continental breakfast was nice. Parking was adequate and convenient.|CONS|While the night concierge was pleasant, he seemed to be having a personal phone conversation as he was checking us in. He was speaking a foreign language. There was no remote control for the TV. I called and he delivered one promptly, but after he left I discovered I was unable to change the channel. I did not call for assistance again. The hair dryer did not work.|We arrived around midnight and we were tired. I would stay at this hotel again. We were offered cold bottled water at check in and out, which for us was awesome! Nice clean place worth staying at!

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The property is very old and has a strong, unpleasant odor throughout. The carpets are dirty and in desperate need of cleaning. The bathroom was outdated and poorly maintained. I was so uncomfortable with the condition of the towels and washcloths that I went to Walmart to purchase my own.

To make matters worse, when I checked out, they refused to give me a receipt. I had to return later to ask for one, and even then, the receipt was wrong. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I will not be staying here again.

1 star review is way to generous. The room was filthy. Not swept. Stained bedding. Debris and disgusting foam pillow on the couch. The toilet had bloody toilet paper on the back of the seat. Broken outlet in bathroom and hair dryer plug. I would have left had I not been exhausted from a 12 hour drive and it wasn’t 11:30 at night by the time I was able to check in. I left feedback on my experience and only received an apology. A refund would be the only acceptable resolution in this case. I should have checked the reviews better but thought because it was Wyndham it would be decent. Not true.

Not only were our rooms old and worn, they were dirty. One room had items left from previous guests. Please, don’t be fooled by the pictures, they must have been taken 20 years ago. I refused to make my family stay. The staff seemed very understanding and guaranteed us a refund.

I just checked out of the hotel today, having been there for 4 nights. The room was clean and spacious. The service was friendly and accommodating. And the location couldn’t have been more ideal. I arrived the first night much later than anticipated and was told as long as I drove there safely, my room will be ready for me and waiting. This staff made me feel very welcome. Definitely would stay here again.

The service was great.. The staff was amazing. The room was clean, and I loved the design. The room was missing towels,but I travel with my own.. The bed was comfortable, pillows were Amazing and the comforter was soft and heavy enough. Loved the design and layout of the room... Will stay again....
