The hotel is in a decent location. Near restaurants that are within walking distance. The front desk service from the young man was great. He was very friendly.
The room was basic. The beds were comfortable and sheets were clean.
I would bring my own wash clothes and towels because the ones provided were very dingy and worn looking.
Our room didn't have any odors but we did see a roach in the bathroom, crawling on our wall and then into the sink.
Seeing the roach made us nervous that there were more, so we secured our bags in the cabinet/closet, that was in the room
They were painting the hotel, so there was a strong paint smell that started to make out heads hurt.
Breakfast was minimal, so we skipped it and walked to a nearby fast food restaurant.
There's no elevator.. so if you're traveling with multiple bags, you'll have to carry them up the stairs. The hotel was reasonably priced, so we weren't expecting anything special but it wasn't a bad stay.

Good experience, clean room, very friendly staff. Coffee, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, juice, yogurt, boiled eggs, muffins for breakfast.|Had a washer and dryer room. Did not have a coin omperated concession, have to purchase snacks from the staff. The snacks were limited to soft drinks, wasn't much else to choose from. Towels were not very soft. So would recommend bringing your own towels. IF YOU NEED online connection, will have to ask staff for password, did not see it in the room. Overall it was a good experience, mostly because the staff was very cordial and pleasant.

Overall a nice place.to stay. Breakfast was very minimal so we skipped it except for coffee. They were in the middle of painting the halls and maybe some rooms so there was a paint odor that affected us and we checked out earlier than planned. Front desk gentleman did give us an air freshener to spray, but that only helped temporarily.

Stayed one night in Lady Lake, FL, and 2nd night in Savannah. Both very clean and quiet. Very courteous and accommodating staff. Sierra at the front desk at Lady Lake went above and beyond what I expected to help me find thrift stores! Love Sierra!!!

I enjoyed my stay there and most of all I love Ms.Brenda . She was kind and generous. She assisted me with getting a room to rest after a long day at work. I appreciate her kindness and customer service. She is one of a kind and Iโm glad she was there for me .

My husband & I donโt expect fancy here, but some things are just nice to have in your room we were here 3 nights, & not all of these apply to us or to everyone, but Iโm just letting yโall know these are what is NOT in this Microtel, NO โฆ. coffee in your room, towel bars or even hooks, lotion, conditioner, eye wipes, water cups, do not disturb sign (have to ask). They did spend $ on fancy faucet that splatters you & self shut toilet lid which neither do we need (towel bar would be nice) and in general โฆ NO elevator, breakfast only basic carb load with waffle machine and bananas. Over night quick trip ok here but not more than that. The Housekeeping couple was nice and 2 guys at front desk nice, the elderly lady a loud crab!

Upon arriving, I received a warm welcome by Ms. Brenda whom assisted me with all my needs & knowledge of the city to help me get around. Thank you Ms. Brenda for your generous hospitality.
My room was excellent....

This hotel is the WORST!! When you walk in the lobby, there is a moldy smell, and the room was just as bad. The walls and carpet are filthy, the rooms were dark, need more lighting. We asked to change room, only to see another that was far worst than the first, dirty walls and still smelly. The staff was patient and nice, and the manager tried to explain that work crews stay and dont care, but it was one of the most awful places I have ever been. I also felt very unsafe as the rooms are on the 1st floor, and there is no elevator.|DO NOT GO!!!
