My recent stay at the Microtel was a genuinely pleasant surprise. I was immediately impressed by the high standard of cleanliness throughout the entire property, from the lobby to the well-maintained parking lot. This attention to detail fostered a real sense of comfort and safety.

It was Clean, neat and surprisingly quiet for the first floor. Everybody was very nice and helpful. Had an issue with the door but they did everything they could to help resolve the problem. Bed slept great and shower was hot. Would definitely stay there again.

Very clean. Comfortable bedding. Called me and asking if I had tried to cancel my stay while I was driving to the hotel. When I informed the front desk that no I had not, that I had messaged them the day prior and the day of double checking to make sure I could check in after 3 and was told yes, she quickly said "Yes we look forward for your stay".

Love this hotel, it’s clean and the decor is bright and cheerful. I like the knobs for hanging things. BUT I can’t understand why you would put someone who requests an accessible room on the 4th floor. We’re diamond members and always request accessible room on the first floor. ALL accessible rooms should be on the first floor. As much as I like Microtel I will never give a perfect rating when the accessible rooms are not on the first floor.

Room was great, breakfast very good. Staff was friendly, helpful and responsive. Hotel relatively new and very clean. However, as we packed up to pray a cockroach crawled out😖. That disturbed us a bit, that’s what make the rating a 3.5 out of 5.

The rooms are nice and breakfast is delicious!I will be back again for sure.When I needed to a wake call and help with WiFi they all was so willing to help. The hospitality is spot on thanks for this experience. We will be back soon than later I would say if you looking for a nice place to stay with amenities come stay here you will enjoy it!

I had a peacefully stay. The room was clean. The only complaint I have was the loud noises coming from the outside due to my room location being the last room by the door. The tub stopper didn’t work properly so I had to plug it with a small towel to take a bath. Other than that. I got the rest and peace I desired. I would recommend.
