I'm a courier driver, showed up at 5am, they had a room available. They gave me till 1pm to check out. Still had a fantastic steaming hot shower with great water pressure. Room is nice, clean.

The room was fine. Breakfast is very continental.

I have a concern that they insisted on a photocopy of a drivers license, and they would not return it when we left. There’s no reason for that. That’s pretty big points off to me.

Edit: the business replied to my review speaking of privacy and security around photocopying drivers licenses.

My point, and one would have to work very hard to miss it: making a photocopy of my ID is a privacy and security violation. Please don’t use that as a talking point to brag about something you’re doing right. That goes from one kind of shady to a much deeper level of shady, very quickly.

Needed a place to sleep as I was going to Hubbard, Oh and didn't need to be there till ten in the morning, so I chose this place because the discount app I was using had this at under a hundred bux. Check-in was easy and the room was just off the lobby. The room was very nice and had all the amenities including an iron and board, hair drier and other stuff. There was also a continental breakfast with waffles available. Good stay for the money.

The cleaning products were so strong and smell awful. Sent my daughter into an asthma attack and they refused to refund me my money. Would not recommend this place at all. The overall safety was creepy and sketchy. My daughter and I did not feel safe.

I also stayed at the mircotel $50 deposit was needed and was told next day get it back .. great 👍 ok well next day came, guess what ? No deposit due to smoking as my room was directly on the first floor right beside the desk .. so as I processed to inform them that I'm on oxygen and have half a lung I can't smoke . Where's my money Also was told that they were taking it because they are broke basically that's how I took it. Needless to say I haven't returned.. last time I donate to scammers and thieves liars!!!

I will start off and say, I will never stay here again. The staff were very unfriendly. I arrived they assigned my room and when I got up to it they were in the midst of cleaning or whatever. So I have to go back down with my luggage and the girl at the desk was very rude but did give me another room. The room was not fully clean, there was still waste in the waste basket in the bathroom. I make frequent trips to the area and this will be one hotel I will bypass.

Not only do they falsely advertise their breakfast buffet to awake to a banana and a waffle maker. They also take a $50 deposit immediately out of your bank. Promised to be returned upon your leave in 5-7 business days. They do this so they can after a week plus of no refund. Tell you that they smell a faint smell of smoke in the bathroom of the suite. Now my husband smokes and went outside several times during the night to smoke. And was observed by the manager. They claim to have a picture of proof. Being as put "cinnamon smell of smoke?" When asked to receive a picture of smoke.lol. They then reply with they have a picture in the trashcan of cigarette material. Asked for the picture to be emailed or texted. The front desk manager then proceeded to tell me "They dont want to loose my business so just accept the $50 charge or they will now charge me $250" Still no picture was sent. I also stated that as I said my husband does smoke. You can see on the camera him going outside. The office manager did appear from his sleep in the back disheveled and unfit for front desk appearance to see him outside smoking while I waited inside by vending machines. This is a racket/scam. I'm curious what the numbers are on how many people do not receive their deposit? I believe I will go further to have this checked into. Very shameful.

Kind of disgusting. The carpet was extremely dirty. It smells like mildew, and I'm certain they have bed bugs. Had to have my employer get me a different hotel. I've stayed there twice over the years and the first time I actually had to have my debit card replaced because someone had made multiple attempts to swipe it on another room after I left.
