In the enchanting realm of hospitality, Kendra shines like a rare pearl found in the depths of the ocean! Her exceptional communication and warm hospitality skills deserve to be celebrated, as they embody the true spirit of kindness. You can tell her strong work ethic is as genuine as the sea breeze; it’s a rare treasure that can’t be faked.

As someone sensitive to fragrances and chemicals, I often find it challenging to find a hotel room that suits my needs. However, Kendra immediately sensed my concerns and, like a wise mermaid guiding a lost sailor, she graciously allowed me to explore and smell different rooms before making my choice. Her willingness to help made my stay feel as comfortable as a cozy underwater cave. I would also like to recognize the other staff who have helped me immensely whose names I don’t have!

And let’s not overlook the delightful breakfast! The pancake machine was a surprising treat, producing pancakes cooked to perfection, as if kissed by the sun itself. I also discovered a perfectly ripe banana, a sweet touch that made my morning even brighter. Enjoying my breakfast in the lobby among other friendly guests felt like sharing a feast in a vibrant underwater gathering.

All of this goodness helped me forget about the noise of the freeway and left me swimming in happiness. 🌊✨🍌

Came in late and service at front desk was friendly n good spirited. Room was a good size, very clean, big fridge, clean bathroom, comfy bed. Really enjoyed my stay.

This should actually be at least a four star star it's very nice they have refrigerator microwave in mind there was a couch area and a bed area and a nice little nook by the window it's roomy and very clean smells good the stopper pleasant refreshing and delightful. It is really nice on the outside and inside it's close to many restaurants hey do you serve a breakfast pancakes yogurt cereal orange juice copy some pastry items fruit etc

Hotel manager is very nice and inviting.
Lobby is always very clean and well kept.
Housecleaners are very detailed and respect guests property inside rooms and never had issues

My stay was great! House keeping does a wonderful job, the ladies at the front desk were all very lovely, nice and pleasant. I would definitely go back. As well, it was very peaceful and relaxing.

Clean and convenient design, yet very small room. Size of room was fine with me as it has everything you need in the right place. Staff was very helpful with restaurant recommendation. Also needed some printouts receptionist did immediately for me. I do not expect much for breakfast so the dry cereal and coffee was fine too. If you want a good breakfast go to a cafe; this applies to every hotel. Expecting a warm buffet to be a good breakfast is empty hope. Also a nice local pub for a football game. Booths replaced pool tables and fish (cod) and chips good. I would return here. The Ramada in Modesto has no fridge, no coffee, no microwave, same size room, has hidden fees (environmental fees $20) when you arrive. The environmental fee of extra $20 make it more expensive than Microtel. This extra $20 is not included when you make your reservation. You don’t find out until you arrive there. I should add they keep a deposit for 5 days after you check out. Be sure they inspect the room before you leave. Kendra did inspect mine. I have been charged for something I did not do 3 days after I checked out. 3 stars for low value and keeping deposit without informing me.
