Excellent customer service. The employees at the front desk are consistently helpful, happy, and always a delight to see. The rooms are a little dated but clean. The breakfast area is clean, well kept, and a good selection of breakfast choices. I do recommend staying here! It's better than the other 2 hotels in town by far!!

Not happy, we were traveling through & booked our stay here we stayed here about 7 years ago & it wasn't that bad..
This time their beds where hard as rocks. Think we'd get better sleep, sleeping on a bench in a park, and their queen was the size of a full.. Their shower chair had mold on it the side tables where dirty. In-between the bed and side table on the wall someone spilt soda on the wall and they didn't clean it up.. I'm pretty sure they may rent the rooms by the hr.. heard the bed thumping & bumbing for 25 mins the door open and close about 3 hrs later they came back same noise then the person left after that we put the TV on the rest of the night.. Breakfast selections wasn't great off brand yogurt.
We paid $74 for the room and our pet fee was $35 for $39 more she could've got her own room. The guy at the front desk said it
Takes an extra hour to clean.. I seen how they clean that's a lie.. I won't stay at this hotel again..

Aging hotel but for the price it was well worth it.
We've stayed in a couple places in Klamath Falls and none were impressive, granted all were economy motels. This hotel was much cleaner than all the others I've been to and the staff was extremely friendly.
Check-In was quick and easy, check out was just as quick and easy.
The room itself was very dated. Although you can see they are trying to upgrade some of the fixtures. The sheets on the bed were stained or sun bleached as you could see the outline of how they fold them. There were several rips in the carpet, dirt on the floor, and the sheetrock was starting to peel. All that being said, it was better than the last hotel I stayed at in Klamath Falls.
The breakfast was actually really good. Sausage and eggs, make your own waffle, and the regular cold fixings including cereal.
Not somewhere. I would stay for several days in a row, but for a quick late night in, early morning out, I would definitely stay here again for the price.

The Mexicans cleaning the rooms are very loud. I asked them 3 times to be quiet at 8/9 in the morning. Speaking very loud In the hallways while me and my family are sleeping. I’m not sure how someone can be so inconsiderate. But they both need a stern talking to. That’s disappointing disrespectful and horrible behavior. I’ll find a different hotel to stay in next time.

Awesome for its price point. The room was perfectly clean and has a fridge + freezer. The complimentary breakfast was so great - they have a waffle maker, plus cereals, bagels, hot chocolate, yogurts (with low-cal options), sausage, scrambled eggs, toast, muffins, and spreads.
Early morning staff was very nice.

Can drive to a huge shopping center right across the main road.
My only problem was that the wifi didn't reach my room, but I fell asleep quickly, so it wasn't a big deal in the end.

Best rest I've had in a long time! The room was exceptionally clean,the service was great, excellent breakfast bar and the staff was friendly. Especially the front desk receptionist, Athena B.super helpful, friendly and funny as well. She made me feel like family and that's what I love about my stay at microtel! I'm definitely looking forward to my next stay!

Do NOT stay at this hotel. There is a security issue. We only stayed one night and our car was broken into. The sheriff was there dealing with a truck that was broken into as well. So I didn't have to call the sheriff. When I called a local glass company to get the window replaced the gentleman asked if we were staying at the Microtel. He said they get several calls each month. I have stayed in Klamath many times at a different hotel and never had an issue. I really don't want to leave a bad review because the staff was nice and the hotel was fine for the area, clean and quiet. I just want to warn people of the security issue.

My name is Davina. We stayed here in March of 2024. I asked the man at the front desk about a gym. He said I could use one down the road not that far from the hotel. To me that means a few blocks not over a mile. My husband was working all day so I was thinking I could walk there. I even told the guy at the desk that over the phone. Normally I would walk that but it was way too cold out and I was getting over a cough so I opted to use the hot tub. The maintenance people put in double or triple the chlorine, which made me cough more and then I coughed up blood for the next 3 days.
The room was super small. I just think that the front desk guy should have been honest about how far the workout place was. He was super nice but not totally honest with me about this. I know I am writing this review kind of late but I figured people should know about this. Thank you for reading
