Was a good experience, no complaints other than the continental breakfast could have been better. Check in was easy and they were friendly. Room was clean. Loved the size of the bath tub. Kids enjoyed the room. For a one night stay it was great

If all you're looking for is a clean bed and somewhere warm to stay for a cheep price this fits the bill. However don't expect much past that at all. The bed was clean and moderately comfortable. The staff that checked me in was nice enough. Heat in the room worked well. However the carpet in the rooms is so old it is literally held together with tape and if it has been vacuumed or cleaned recently you cant tell as there were items (a button and a penny) left at the edge of the beds on the floor and it just overall feels gross. No fridge or microwave in the room. TV is very small and the remote was FILTHY. The floor I stayed on and the room had a strong constant smell of weed. The shower while having good water pressure was not clean there was hair from the previous guest and the grout and tiles has very evident black mold all over. The ice makers on both the floor i stayed on and in the lobby are literally disassembled. Upon returning on my 2nd day I walked in the lobby and was hit with an overpowering smell of cleaner. I looked and an employ had one of those sprayers used for weedkiller or pest control and was spraying around the edges of walkways and on the carpet in the hall. When I got on the elevator the same smell followed and looking around I could see the puddles of liquid around the edge of the floor. However the moment the door closed and you see hand prints (that were there day one as well) and other smears of nastiness its very clear that they just spray the cleaner around to make it smell like they cleaned without actually cleaning.

this is the WORST hotel i have ever stayed in. we were given room 319 but it reeked of smoke, as did the rest of floor three and the elevator. the front desk kindly gave us room 118 instead, but SURPRISE! the smell resembled a mixture of wet dog and nasty feet. i slept with toilet paper up my nose so i wouldn’t have to smell it. NASTY

Sink stopped up shower was dirty hair was all over the bed. I put the covers on the floor so I wouldn’t walk on the floor. I would NEVER book here again. I would say more but we all know it changes nothing. Parking was convenient though

Close to everything. Clean, comfortable rooms/beds. Nice staff. Could use safes, fridge & microwaves in rooms, but they weren't necessary on this particular trip. Watch out for vending machines downstairs in the lobby. If an item hangs up, the hotel staff can't assist you. But other than that, we enjoyed the easy check in & check out. So glad for working elevator. Quiet hallways. Will definitely stay again.

I made the mistake of booking the wrong night and when I showed up the sweet gal changed my booking and didn’t charge me anything more. 5 Stars just for that reason. I had booked thru the hotel and not a third party, so i do think that helped.

Horrible don't go, dirty, smelly, unfriendly, and unprofessional staff. Sketchy people and honestly needs to be torn down and made in to something better. I would not stay here ever again. From reservation to check in to check out would all get a zero star. Not worth the money on the room. Unless you looking for a trap hotel!!!

Comfortable bed. Huge tub and hot water! Nice staff. For the price, this is an excellent option. If you want a good night of sleep then this the place to stay. So drop on in and sleep here for sure. It is worth the three mile detour off of Interstate 75.
