Room was 1/2 the size & more expensive than every other hotel i stayed at this week (including 2 other Microtel Inns). So small, I could barely get around the bed. Was right next to (& hence woken by) the ice machine...didn't expect a Tuesday night was so busy that it was the last room available. I had other very good experiences with Microtel, I'll plan my next trip to stop in a different town.

Booked here and stayed because the motel 6 had no rooms for handicap people open. This place is more than I wanted to pay but it is clean and the people at the desk were really nice. Beware they charge a $100 damage deposit that your supposed to get back. Not much of a breakfast selection.

BUGS IN THE ELEVATOR.Here is a picture of the dead bug currently in the elevator. It’s been there for hours. There are signs saying rooms are only cleaned once every 3 days, but common areas too? Honestly, my room doesn’t even seem like it was cleaned before I checked in. I will never stay here again and I think you should go to any of the other nearby hotels which charge the same or less. Maybe try the Quality Inn or Motel 6 across the street. I doubt they are worse than this.

They're pool hours are 11am-8:30pm, with only hard back chairs, no lawn chairs or anything comfortable to sit in. Also directly in the sun beside the parking lot, absolutely no shade or privacy of any sort. Your deposit only gets refunded if you keep up with your own receipt and give it back to them at checkout after they have checked your room. (Which may or may not smell like smoke even if you don't smoke and will be charged $200 if their crew members accuse you of it period.) There's stains all over the bed spread, spider webs under the sink. They also expect you to reuse all of your towels and will only be given fresh ones after a 3 day stay. Just save your money and go somewhere else. Coming from an incredibly positive individual...This is the first time I've ever given a negative review but if I can save you some money and time! Then I did good!

We were not happy with our stay. At check in the owner informed us even if our pet was an ESA animal they would still charge. Then the TV volume was stuck on 15 which is very low we could not hear it. They said they had complaints of tvs being too loud, but what about our complaint of it being too low so it cannot be changed. In the breakfast area is 6 signs posted that you cannot take your food back to your room. You have to eat it there...what? I have never. Then the ironing board would go back down stuck in open then on our way out the inside door handle fell off. We will not be staying at this motel ever again.

Worst hotel experience yet. The worst part is customer service. They ask for a $100 room deposit. I had a reservation for 1 night they asked for $100 deposit and told me it would go back on my card day of check out. I ended up b adding another night. So they checked me out and checked me in askbed for another $100 deposit. Since it was 2 different reservations, Said the first night deposit would go back on my card that day, never happened. Checked the next day. No deposit it has been a week, and they still have not issued my refund. I checked with my bank, and they have no record of receiving any deposit refunds. $200 nobody knows we're it is. I am not finished with this. Something smells fishy, and it looks like that hotel is not keeping straight books.

The pillows were firm and just right.|The staff were friendly and the motel was very clean.|I meet a stranger who lived in a nearby country and we became friends.|If a person finds one friend in a Lifetime, then they're truly Blessed in the name of Yeshua!

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Too many issues to list.
1) it’s just nasty! Mold in the bathroom, carpet and tile is so grimy it’s slick. Holes in the walls.
2) the tv volume is controlled so you can’t hear it with the AC on. *front desk told me to turn the air off if I want to hear the tv *
3) AC does not cool . We sweated all night.
4) only 4 machines in the gym ,nothing else. Even those don’t work.
5)TV doesn’t work in gym area
6)ROOMS ARE TINY!!
7) asked for a meeting/ conference room. Front desk said they don’t have one. Later that day, past a sign saying “meeting room”?
8) they charge your card fees they don’t tell you about.
The frustration is not worth the money. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE’nn
