Check-in was easy and quick. Staff was very friendly and courteous. The bed was comfortable. Able to get a good night sleep. Breakfast food temperature was just right. Check out was smooth and easy. Very good location exit 32 I 35

We went through three rooms before we could actually could a decent one. First room had big yellow stains on the blankets. The second room had brown, yellow and red stuff on it and the bathroom was dirty. Also the chairs looked chewed up and taken out of a dumpster. We couldn’t leave because we drove 2 hours for a family trip. Later on I felt itchy and couldn’t even sleep for about the first 2-3 hours we got there. Their towels and the shower curtain had stains on them. This was the worst hotel I’ve been to in my life, never again.

If you can avoid this establishment you will be doing yourself a favor. The rooms, bathrooms and cleanliness may be the worst i have ever seen. The bugs in rooms were charged less to stay there than the people.

Pretty gross, I would not recommend staying here.

Only reason we didn't just leave is we booked late and just needed a few hours of sleep. We ended up not using any of the blankets or pillows because they were all stained and had hair on them. The bathroom towels were all stained too and the floor just felt dirty so we left our shoes on.

The shower curtain had mold on it. The sheets were stained. The towels were stained. I checked out and went elsewhere. But because I checked in and dropped my bags off. I went shopping for a while. I came back and got ready to shower. Then noticed all this. They refused to refund my money. Because I had been checked in for more than a couple hours. Save your money and just book somewhere else. Or at the very least. Thoroughly inspect your room immediately.

I was forced to stay here cause I got a flat tire. While I was grateful to find a place to stay I was disappointed to I wake up to no hot water. I was told breakfast was at 9 and when I got there at 9:15 it had been put away. No one was ever at the front desk the next morning and I had to constantly find someone to help me. The place seemed pretty clean until I noticed all the stained towels hung in the bathroom. I heard people all night long and was unable to get any sleep. I will say who ever cleans does a good job but they need new towels and whoever manages it does a terrible job. I should t have to search for employees to help me and then wait 30 mins longer after finding someone. I told them my tire was flat no one offered to help me find someone for assistance which isn’t expected but would of been kind. So a thumbs up to the maid and a thumbs down to the management and if you’re the same person stick to your maid role.

Location is good. But our shower didn’t work toilet didn’t flush and there was hair on our pillow cases and visible stains. They were wrinkled like they didn’t change them I had to go get fresh sheets it was gross .Floor was not clean . And stains /dirty chairs . Luckily it was only for 1 night. The breakfast was okay.

Absolutely gross. The sheets are seriously stained. An indentation in the bed looked as if someone had slept in the room. Dirty floors, counters and carpets. Toilet seat wood, too small for toilet and the finish was all cracked and coming off. Hair in the tub. Towels and washcloths stained. Sink falling apart. Half used shampoo tube that was dirty. Online photos very deceiving!
The front desk lady was the only positive thing about the stay. We tried to leave but our reservation had a no cancellation policy. Uugh!
