Positive: Friendly staff went out of their way to be helpful. Very good free breakfast wide variety of food from oatmeal, apples, tangerines, make you own pancakes, sausage biscuits and bagels with cream cheese. Beverage selection was great also! Negative: Room could use repainting, as there were numerous scratches on the wall. Overall, the hotel was very clean and neat.

Bathroom is little small could use a few extra outlets in the place other than that everything was good. But I like the fact that they had linoleum down carpeting. The place was very clean. The breakfast was good in the morning. We had a Jimmy Dean sausage Sandwich, They have a pancake machine. There were bagels, cream, cheese, and peanut butter. They had cold cereal. They had juices and they had apples, & tangerines.

We stopped here last year on our way to Destin FL. Our stay was so exceptional I changed our return trip to stay here. This year we did the same route knowing how pleased we’d be with their accommodations.
Their prices are very reasonable especially when you consider the value.
I highly recommend this Microtel if your trip takes you past here. Although restaurants aren’t around the block we found a nice variety of restaurants within a 10 minute drive.

My wife and I have stayed at this Hotel numerous times but this time will be the last. Over the last several stays we had experienced declining upkeep issues but it had been bearable until the Dec stay. Upon arrival we noticed the room had a faint but obvious smell, we looked but did not find the issue until late in the evening, too late to leave as other rooms in the area were already booked. When I looked up there was mold all over the bathroom ceiling. It was so bad, had it been warmer, we would have slept in the car but with freezing temps my wife wore n95 mask the rest of the night. This was on top of the already found issues such as the slide door look had been torn off, the walls had patched holes that were not finished, the Telephone had been ripped out of the wall and the cord was left hanging, the clock was unplugged from behind the headboard, metal items in the bath were rusty and the windows were filthy.||The manager had always been very nice and accommodating previously and while she was not there that night or the next morning I left a message for her to call me as we got out of there very early the next morning. I did not receive a return call and about a week later I called again with my issue but was told it was told to the owner but no response from him. In early Jan I called Wyndham and told them of the issue but again up until now no response from them either. I give up, unfortunately I will not be staying at this hotel again and we are disappointed that Wyndham did not even respond to my discussion with their customer service reprehensive. Live and learn.

Rooms are small but for the value you will get a safe and decent room. Breakfast bar is continental style. Friendly staff. Easy in and out from 75. This is a good place for a one night stay. Plenty of restaurants in the area and plenty of parking.

One of the best experiences we've had from making the reservation, accomodation of room selection, check in, the room, and breakfast. Ashley was the best at check in, making us feel welcome and special while ensuring we had everything we needed. The room was updated and very clean. The beds were so comfortable and breakfast was great. We will definitely be back.

Great location, good service. Hotel is old and run down. Rooms wreaked of mold. The first room given had black.mold growing on the ceiling. Definitely not to Wyndham standards. Disappointed in our stay.

Every employee that I encountered was courteous and accommodating. Each morning I needed decaf and my request was addressed asap. Breakfast was adequate and sanitary, everything was individually wrapped. They had a cute little pancake machine that made fresh pancakes literally at the push of a button. The room was what I ordered. The outlets had black marks, which made me hesitant to plug in my laptop. Also there is no coffee maker in the room. The wifi password was not given at check-in, so I just used my hotspot since I didn't want to be a bother. Conveniently located to the fairgrounds and right off of 75south. I would book again. I enjoyed two great nights of sleep.
