My husband and I had a very pleasant experience dining here. It was our first time since this restaurant changed hands. We both enjoyed our meals of chicken sour cream enchiladas and beef fajitas. The atmosphere was great and they had some musical entertainment on the day we came. We'lll be back!

Our church group 13 shared lunch at Mi Tierra restaurant last week. Food and service was very good. Will go there again. Waitresses were especially kind and helpful.

Mi Tiara - A Delightful Gem in Catalina, Arizona

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Mi Tiara in Catalina, and I must say, it has quickly become my new favorite restaurant. Under new ownership for the past 18 months, the improvements made have truly elevated the dining experience.

We visited on a Sunday night and were treated to live music by the incredibly talented Ted Ramirez, who entertained us with his original songs and mellow covers. The live music, which is available from Wednesday through Sunday with different singers each night, adds a charming touch to the ambiance.

The service at Mi Tiara is exceptional. The owner, Carolina, personally came over to ensure everything was satisfactory, and our server, Stephanie, was attentive and kind throughout the evening. The attention to detail and genuine hospitality made us feel warmly welcomed.

As for the food, it was nothing short of amazing. We indulged in the Chile Relleno dinner and Larry’s Burrito special dinner, both of which were delicious and generously portioned. The Cadillac margarita we enjoyed was the perfect complement to our meals. To top off the evening, we shared a decadent fried ice cream for dessert, which was the perfect ending to our meal.

Mi Tiara has certainly won our hearts, and we can't wait to return for another delightful experience. If you're in Catalina, Arizona, this gem is a must-visit!

Back to try the new ownership and chef after years of staying away. Happy to report the food and service was very good. Fresh chips and tasty salsa. Definitely nice to have this restaurant revived and we will be back.

What a great restaurant! The place is clean and the food was hot and freshly made. the owner is very friendly and the service was just right. I had the Quesadilla Torpedo which is very spicy and flavorful. It came out sliced like a pizza in 4 big pieces and served with Guacamole, sour cream, pico and lettuce. I could not eat it all! The bowl of chips were hot and fresh, thick and crunchy too. The salsa had a little too much tomato for me but others will probably like it. They have many other traditional plates as well as a Mexican pizza and hamburgers with fries. The price was reasonable and I am glad I stopped in for lunch.

Service was incredibly slow. Took over an hour to get food for a table of 4. The restaurant was not super busy. There was no wait at the door, and not all of the tables were occupied. The live music was nice enough. They really seemed like they needed more staff. The food was good when it finally came but nothing to write home about.

I don't write bad reviews.......BUT
We walked in. There was 3 tables of people eating. I ordered veggie quesadilla. Wife ordered one tostadas and my son ordered kids taquitos plate. Kids plate came with one taquito. Tostado was very nice. My veggie quesadilla was one of the worst meals I've ordered. I took two bites my wife took a bite. My wife made a face. Frozen veggies no spice. It was bad. It was cold. I will not go back. Carlatos is much better. This is by far the worst plate I've been served. Taco bell is better. I went and ordered fast food.

Food was awful! Had taco, tortillas were soaked in grease and over cooked, bottom burned.
The cheese enchilada were so over cooked hard to cut with a knife. I will not be going back or recommending this place to anyone.
