One of the worst and most rudest experiences I just bought a brand new RV Iโ€™m trying to seek pricing. I walked into the office and the lady behind the desk was talking about jaw surgery with another lady. I stood there for five minutes never got recognized didnโ€™t want to see what I needed. Her personal conversation was more important. I recommend that you find all the other RV parks in the area that truly want to service their customers, I left there and went to viewpoint. They were professional. They were nice and I booked there. I will tell . Third time staying here and we love it. The big dog park is great and has a dog washing station. There are 2 other smaller parks on the other side of the resort which is really convenient. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The sites are a nice gravel and fairly level.

Great place to stay! The park itself was on the smaller side, but the RV sites were spacious and easy to get into. The common areas were well kept and the staff was excellent to work with. We especially appreciated the grass filled dog park!! We will definitely consider going back there!

We love this resort. Our favorite part is lounging in the hot tub and pool. We prefer to do this in the evenings. In the beginning the pool and hot tub had no night lights (which besides the ambiance is also a safety concern). I talked to the office about it and they told me the timer was off and they would look into it. That night it was still dark and I inquired the next day. I was told they tried everything they could but the pool guy would have to fix it. A few days later, the lights in the evening were working. Although one pool light was completely out and another barely any light came from it. A few days after that, no lights again for the rest of our stay. It was frustrating and took away from our experience. Besides this, sometimes the pool was cool and sometimes toasty warm. I'm not sure why the temp couldn't be maintained. Lastly, there was dog poop on the road and on the empty lot next to us in the gravel. If owners/guests can't clean this up, shouldn't maintenance be on the lookout for this and clean it up?

Other than the above, we do really love this resort and hope to come back again. This was our 3rd time and worst maintenance time. Hopefully next time we come everything will be fixed and the dog poop cleaned up.

We were full-time residents there from February thru September. We had planned on staying year-to-year but this park has really gone downhill. The maintenance person quit months ago and had not been replaced. There is 1 full time person and she's at the desk. Or at least I believe she's full time. There are plants and bushes dying because I'm sure they aren't being watered properly, there are 3 dead trees in front of the main building....the ownership just doesn't care and it shows. There are no activities, the pool was being maintained by a local resident until he left. It's a shame because the location is great. They should post a sign that says, we don't care here. I know of several full timers that have recently left and others that are leaving when their leases are up. I was at the dog park a few weeks ago and it had been 3 weeks since it had been mowed. Think seriously before committing to staying there. There are several parks in the area that have lots going on and are better maintained.

The RV Park is located in a good area, not too far from the freeway. There is nothing to walk to, but the American Legion is pretty close. They have nice gravel sites and a very nice, big, grassy dog park. I wish they had some trees for shade throughout the park, but it's still good. The pool was very nice and we enjoyed pool time with the grandkids. It's a quiet park and we would stay again.

Cori I was extremely helpful with my change of plans, wanting an earlier arrival date. She was able to get my into Meridian Encore rv park a day earlier. She also helped me get a spot close to a friend that's already here. Thank you Cori. You did good

We spent our first winter at Meridian RV Resort in the fall of 2019. It was a lively place with events scheduled almost every day and dances and dinners every other week. There was a woodshop and craft room. They had a chef living there that would prepare meals every few weeks. We loved it. Most of the people there were seasonal and the park was filled to capacity.||In 2020, the owners started their sale of the park to ELS Resorts, the company that owns Thousand TrailsEncore. Covid was also going on during that season so most of the events were cancelled and most of the Canadians could not come to the US for the season so it really was not a good year to judge the park activities.||Since 2020, the park has nose-dived in activities and amenities. No more woodshop or craft room. Most of the activities are organized by the residents. No event director on staff. ELS does try to have a dance occasionally but not on a regular basis. The residents organize potlucks, Thanksgiving dinner and Christmas dinners. ||Most of the seasonal residents have moved on to other parks that have activities. They are replaced by Thousand TrailEncore short term stays. I donโ€™t want to seem one sided but there is no pride in the temporary residents. They let their dogs go to the bathroom on the side of the streets and donโ€™t pick up, instead of taking them to the dog parks. Sites are not cleaned up when they leave due to a lack of camp workers. Electrical boxes and cable boxes regularly get knocked over by RVs since they donโ€™t supervise parking. Trees and shrubs are not maintained, and the pool and spa are regularly not working correctly.||This has become a campground, not by any means a resort. They charge rates, which go up every year, like they are a resort. We have moved on to another park for the 2024 season with many of our friends.
