This tiny cabin is very dated. Could really use some fixing up. Location is very deceiving. Not at all what you would expect. Ground cover and area was a haven for mosquitoes. They ate us up.
Cabin cleanliness was lacking. Carpet was stained and dirty. Was not satisfied with this rental. Was very disappointed when compared to pictures. Trash Can was full of cans on porch.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Mena. It was nice to be close enough to town that we could run in and grab whatever we need, yet far enough out that we could relax and enjoy the country atmosphere. The host was very accommodating and even invited us to a local fireworks show put on by some of the neighbors. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay and would definitely use this rental and host again.
Thank you for making it possible to get a much needed break from the hustle and bustle of our everyday lives

My husband and I have started a tradition of staying at Willowbrook every year at the end of April for our Anniversary. We stayed at The Nest and it is beautiful. The grounds are gorgeous this time of year. It is decorated like an English cottage and very romantic for a couples weekend. We just recently stayed at Woodhaven cabin and it was great too! Very cozy and comfortable. Only downside is no TV reception and WIFI signal is weak. The Nest has TV reception and WIFI. Woodhaven has a great sun porch and a great deck on the back. Secluded and quiet however you can ride the ATV trails directly from here. Love staying here! Shower is small for my husband who is 6'2" but the jacuzzi tub is nice. Thanks Carolyn for your hospitality!

My husband and I stayed for four days and thoroughly enjoyed our short visit. We arrived to a beautifully scented home with everything in working order. The grounds were very nice and the view from the second level patio overlooking everything was great. Only minutes away from a scenic mountain drive and gorgeous hiking trails. We are definitely considering a return trip in the future and want to thank Carolyn and Tom for their hospitality ( and great Art Work from Carolyn herself! ) ||||Thanks,||Tracy and Jay Duhamel

We stayed in the Woodhaven for 2 nights and wished it could've been longer to enjoy its relaxing atmosphere! It gives the appearance of being very small but lots of care has gone into providing comfort in each designated space. I personally loved the time I got to soak in the jetted tub staring up at the trees. My husband loved the ease of the fireplace and the big comfy furniture. The sunroom was beautiful and I can imagine in the fall & spring it is like a postcard view. All the instructions for everything in the cottage is laid out perfectly but if you need the owner she is also easily reached. The internet connection was great if that is something you need. Also the cottage is very easy to get to from town. Thank you for providing us with a very enjoyable stay!

We loved our stay in the Sunnybrook Tiny House ... SO cute! Amazing how much they fit into it! Everything you could need for an enjoyable stay. Loved the little outside porch and the creek as well. Beautiful grounds. No issues. Tom & Carolyn were great hosts! Thank you!

We have stayed there two times this year for work. Both cabins were well stocked and pretty comfortable. Way better decision than a motel! Carolyn was very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Tom and Carolyn MacMahon were wonderful hosts. Our cottage was like being in England, which I have been to several times. Being a true Anglophile, the atmosphere made the stay so much better. ||||The Nest has everything you need, whether you want to cook for yourself, or just take the short drive into Mena for a meal. The bed upstairs is extremely comfortable, the upstairs deck is the perfect place to have a meal as the view overlooks a lovely garden--both front, side and back, and the surrounding area is lush and green. ||||I will definitely be staying at Willowbrook next time I travel to Mena. You couldn't find any better hosts, anywhere.
