Experience was amazing! Very intimate and beautiful. We came for the Thursdate menu and they set up our table so gorgeous. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Bessie & Lewis were our servers and their service melted my heart like cheese on my plate! Lol will definitely be returning in the future.

Alejandra was absolutely the best server and life of the party! She was extremely tentative and really took the time to make sure my wife and I’d anniversary dinner was special! The staff and atmosphere is always great and we enjoy making the trip to eat impeccable food and have a wonderful dining experience!

UPDATE!
I have to say that the General Manager is definitely one for the books! She immediately called to apologize for what happened and had us come back for a night with our son! A COMPLETE 180 in service! It’s also hard to find good management with integrity and empathy and they definitely have a good one! Also shout out to our server Ian who really made my sons first time wonderful! Ian was on top of everything and I would definitely recommend him as a server!

I have truly loved going to the Melting pot for over 10 years now. But last night put a bad taste in my mouth for the Tulsa location. Yesterday was my birthday and it’s the one time I get to force my husband to go haha. I got a call from the hostess to confirm my reservation and she preceded to tell me that the flowers and chocolate strawberries were all set for the table as well. Mind you, my husband preordered them for me with the general manager as a special surprise for my birthday and he was devastated that they told me. When we arrived for our reservation, he asked to speak with the manager right away. I’m not sure if it was the AGM or the Owner. My husband explained the situation and explained that he made sure several times with the GM that this was a surprise and please do not tell my wife when they call to confirm the reservation. Well, the manager we spoke with never once apologized for the mistake, and gaslight my husband making it seem as if he never said anything! She then proceeded to tell us that she would stop by the table later on to make sure everything was okay. Well… She walked by grabbed a dirty plate, looked at us and said y’all good and walked away! Blows my mind honestly and it makes me second guess wanting to go back! But the only reason why I will is because of our server, Alejandra. She really made the night special and is fantastic at what she does

The service was great at Melting pot Tulsa. We reserved the ultimate 5-course menu with rose petal and candles. However, we got the corner tables which are not comfortable and it seems like the entire row as similar seats. I will ask not to be seated at the tables if I visit next time. We need to sit perpendicular to each other at these tables. The main course and the white chocolate dessert options were great. We enjoyed the main course and dessert over the first course with veggies and bread. The salad is great as well.

My best friend treated me to The Melting Pot for my birthday & we had so much fun! Our server Jerrell was so great! Super friendly, offered to take photos for us, he decorated my plate, he really went above & beyond in my opinion!

Hubby and I went here for date night and the food was phenomenal!!!! Not only was the food great but the staff were very attentive and helpful. A uncomfortable situation with some other dinners who were rather loud and objectively racist, was noticed by the manager who moved us to another section of the restaurant and provided an apology and added a confetti sparkle bunt cake to our order! Also hubby was concerned that 3 courses would not be enough so we got the 4 course Oktoberfest meal deal! We were both full by the 3rd course and took home plenty of leftovers!! We will definitely e going back!

This was our first experience at a melting pot. It was divine! The quality of the food was so good and our server was an absolute treasure! Cannot wait to go back again!
