We had a great evening at mellow mushroom.

After my last visit about 10 years ago at a different brand, I was eager to give this one a try once I saw it exists in Phoenix.

I was happy to see they have a few vegan options. I ordered a vegan pizza. It wasn’t the best I’ve ever had, but it did taste pretty good. I think it could have been a little more juicy and flavorful.
My friend ordered the buffalo pizza and really enjoyed it.

Our server (and I forgot to ask her name) was amazing! She was so attentive and made sure we had a great time. Thank you!

I have been to about 4 different locations, this one had great service from the second we walked in. The first worker handled a pickup order and said he would be right with us, but someone from behind the counter came over and sat us. I’m writing about it because I was surprised- things like this don’t happen anymore, people are like, ‘that’s not my job’, but not here! The food came fast - the only thing was the pizza needed to be a bit more cooked on the bottom, otherwise, our wings were great too. We’ll crisp the leftovers at home. Gage was attentive and came over regularly. Would come again!

Mellow Mushroom never disappoints! It’s not too greasy, perfect amount of sauce and our favorite toppings! They have salads with spinach and fresh brewed ice tea. Our server was friendly and everything came out just like we ordered.

I come for reverse happy hour and I get a craving for protein.
But the bartenders are quite eye catching and very friendly (what can I say, I'm a man). Bartenders are cool chicas.
So I get my half off meal of meatballs, couple beers and vamos.

Rache & Brock are amazing! They have a wonderful aura and very friendly. They made my table very happy and were very adamant about making sure we were taken care of. Someome give THEM a raise!

Food was wonderful and the drinks were delicious. 10/10 will come here again!!!

The food here has always pleased! The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean. If you go during the weekend, expect a crowd and a noise filled dining room. Other than that, a pretty good place to eat!

What a wonderful dining experience. The restaurant was extremely busy, but the team worked hard to seat our party quickly. Our server Julio was amazing. He was proactive, friendly, efficient, and provided quick and excellent service. The potato pizza, yes you read that correctly, was awesome. As we looked at every other patron in the restaurant, each was adorned with smiles, and laughter was the hummmm that was heard throughout. It was an exceptional dinner service. We look forward to our next visit!
