Shout out to Billy who served us with a smile every time. The food was soooo good. Definitely a top fav in my foodie dairy. Inside and outdoor eating is always a win.

Last few times at the downtown location; order to go, and that was probably half the problem. Canzone/ pepperoni bacon and banana pepper, three pepperoni! 3!
Maybe a piece of tiny bacon and a minced pepper. Told myself to cut it open at the bar but didn't want to be a dik! I'll just never go back.

Our first visit to the new location. It's very tastefully done. The food is still top notch. Our server was awesome but then we have never had a bad server so they must take care of their servers. It's gotten a tray pricey. $75 ish for 3 adults 3 children but the quality of the food justifies it.

My daughter's and husband's favorite place to eat. They are never disappointed and we love the consistency. We usually go to the Aiken location and we were overjoyed that the Augusta location kept up the standards. Of course, we will go again. I loved the Cloud 9 wings. The meatballs were great as well.

I was not very impressed with the service. We were sat quickly but it took a long time for our server to get to us. Once we ordered the kids meals were brought out 15 minutes before any of the other meals were so our kids were done eating by the time we got our other main courses and the food was cold. Service was also very slow, our server also seemed to be having a really bad day.

Today 3-21-2025, I was served old, burnt looked like crack wings, I've eaten there 4 days per week every week for 5 weeks now since my relocation here in downtown Augusta and this was the first I have experienced such service. I called back after receiving my order and spoke to Blake "HOST" kind apologetic what I became used to. I was offered a refund or a replacement I said a replacement. 3 hours later the I returned to the restaurant and met the night manager, no name, cold as ice, I know why you're here she stated, I said but I haven't even given you my name she stated go to take out and wait your order is being prepared. After 1.5 hour more of waiting I asked the young lady at the register on my order she stated we are very busy and I just have to wait, I stated 10 people have come in after me and placed an order and they are gone I am still waiting I stated, she stated I will good and tell my manager, 10 minutes later she showed up with my food in the bag and rolled her eyes never making eye contact and never saying that you or you're welcome when I said thank you. that atmosphere was toxic, and rolled down from the top where the rude manager resides. I alone spend 500.00 per week and my associates do as well we will not be returning as it appears as if my patronage is not welcomed.

Since I was not able to get a name from the manager or the cashier I posted the date above and the time was from 7PM to 8:30 PM

I recently ordered pizza from this mellow mushroom, the crust was to amazing lol! i placed an online delivery order and i made the mistake of not ordering it correctly. i couldtnt eat the order made due to dietary restrictions. i called and asked for a manager to see if they could see about making it over, they understand the honest mistake and kindly made the order over and it was fresh and absolutely delicious. i order delivery because the night before order the same order and it was so good and i had to come back for more!! im super appreciative of the service and love the quality of the food. i interacted with multiple different people from staff and all was pleasant and super helpful! 10/10 recommend

5/20/24 me and my coworker had lunch here haven’t been seen the relocation we sat on the outside which was a very nice day. Had the Thai Chili Wings and the Sausagefest Calzone. I couldn’t eat it all in one setting but it was definitely good and the marinara sauce was pretty good too.
