This has to be the worst McDonald's I have ever been to... I would never eat at this restaurant again. I went in to use the restroom ? and even with a line of cars in the drive thru. There was 4 employees just hanging out in the lobby. I was picking up an order dor somebody else. I waited in the mobile order space for 35 mins?

I’m usually not the one to leave a review unless it is exceptional service. I am beyond frustrated with this McDonald’s. If I could give it a zero star, I would! It is the only one close to me to go to every time I go. There is always something wrong with my food. We went a few days ago and I got a sausage, egg and cheese McMuffin. The bread was so soft It felt soggy like it wasn’t even toasted. Went to the window told them about it and they had attitude when I had asked for it to be extra toasted when I ordered. We go today I get all the way home with our meal and my sons sausage egg Mc griddle had cheese that I specifically asked them not to put on there and the meat was so cold. It looks like they didn’t even cook it. The meat was a light gray color like they had it on the grill for a couple seconds then took it off. It is ridiculous when somebody pays money for food they expect to get what they ordered. They need to step up their game before they’re the next restaurant that gets closed down just saying.

This is the worst store in Alabama and possibly the U.S. the don't have nuggets quarter pounders or more than half the menu. Waited 15 minutes to answer at the drive-thru with no other customers and what looked like 8 employees playing around in the second drive-thru and rude on top of that. Then makes an excuse for not entering my app code instead of fixing it...Try DJs up the road in irvington, wouldn't waste my time on this McDonald's.

This is the third time in 2 weeks that I was given the wrong order. Seriously. All you have to do is check the bag and then the girl at the window wasn't sure if I had a drink or not because she's not paying attention to what's going on. There were only two other cars in the drive through.

If I could leave no stars I would!!! Every time we stop here coming or going from Dauphin Island the service is horrible. 15 minutes before they even acknowledged the people at the counter. Close it down and start over.

I would avoid this McDonald with a passion. Everytime you order a cheese burger from this location, the meat is burnt. We ordered 6 double cheese burgers and every single burger only had one piece of cheese, between two burnt falling apart patties.

Went there and ordered two Mc double's and a medium fry. The Fry's were cold and soggy and the burgers were like warm and burnt. The burgers looked like they had been sitting for a while. Will not be going back.
