Mattias served us the most beautiful wedding dinner at our rental home in Santa Barbara. Everyone at the table agreed the food was just amazing! Mattias created an exquisite dinner for four of us, including my cousins visiting from Michigan. They are vegetarian and Mattias planned a beautifully creative menu to honor them. Everything was fresh and artfully presented. He came in without any hassle, got to work and served us delight after delight. We had the pleasure of working with Mattias to do a dinner party for us at our home in Santa Barbara in December. We were celebrating the Holidays with family friends . We were a group of 12. Mattias made the whole experience seamless , memorable, and very enjoyable. He has a fun personality and is extremely talented in the kitchen. We mixed and matched our four course dinner from his signature menus and everything was divine and beautifully plated. He provided the table settings, dinnerware, did the prep, set the table, and cleaned everything up!! We would love to work with him again in the future!!

Not sure if you should book Mattias? Just do it! You will not regret it! From start to finish Mattias provides incredible service with top notch professionalism and care. He created a truly fantastic meal for my intimate wedding dinner, serving 11 people with ease and grace. The meal was incredible, roasted cauliflower, tomato soup, blue fin tuna, portobello handkerchief pasta and a decadent pot de creme to finish in all off. Don’t miss out on these dishes. Cauliflower and tomato soup for a wedding may sound odd, but with such rich and unique flavors you will not be disappointed. Mattias politely announced each dish as it was served explaining with detailed care what we were about to enjoy. This highly experienced chef will curate an unforgettable experience for you! Mattias was great! He provided everything for a beautifully presented and delicious five course (vegetarian for us) dinner with fresh local vegetables. With only four of us, we had a chance to talk with him during preparation. A very pleasant gentleman and a wonderful time between cousins who hadn't seen each other for decades.

Mattias did an excellent job of creating and serving a delicious farm to table dinner for 10 of us in celebration of my husband's birthday. We all very much enjoyed the dishes he created, and (thanks to Mattias !) I got to relax and enjoy myself with our guests. Mattias brought everything he needed to prepare and serve the dinner, including table decorations. And when Mattias left, our kitchen was spotless ! I am looking forward to working with Mattias again for a special occasion dinner in our home. I can't recommend him highly enough !!

We were visiting Santa Barbara and asked Mattias to cook a big family dinner for us at our Airbnb... and it did not disappoint in the slightest!! Great communicator, food options, and he was very personable. Everything was so smooth from set up to clean up... and the dishes were SO incredibly tasty. It was hard to pick a favorite course. Would absolutely recommend Mattias, and would book again!
