Great experience. Everything perfect. Clean and goood breakfast. I enjoyed it a lot and definitely will come back. Starbucks inside the hotel. Parking for free. Easy service. Bar open long time. Good location and facilities close too the hotel

I’ve been staying at this hotel annually for the past 10 years, and it’s always been a reliable choice for my business trips and personal stays. Unfortunately, after my most recent visit, I can no longer say the same.||While I was peacefully asleep in my room, I was suddenly jolted awake by the sound of my door clicking. Before I knew it, my door was being opened by complete strangers. I sprung out of bed to find someone standing in front of me, clearly as surprised as I was. The person explained that they had been double-booked into my room, then quickly backed out as I slammed the door shut in shock.||In a panic, I immediately called the front desk to report the situation and then followed up with them in person the next morning. The front desk apologized and assured me that a manager would follow up with me. However, the response I received from the manager was far from reassuring. Initially, they found a record of me staying in another room, but after pulling the records for the room I had actually booked, they claimed that I must have opened my own door, left the room for a minute, and then used my key to re-enter. This explanation is not only illogical but completely dismisses the distressing situation I experienced.||The fact that the hotel attempted to cover up the situation by implying that it never happened is both frustrating and upsetting. I can understand if a mistake was made, but to insinuate that I am lying about what occurred only makes the situation worse. This lack of accountability for a serious security breach has shaken my trust in the hotel.||As someone who has been a loyal guest for years and whose employer books around 50 rooms annually for an annual conference nearby, I can no longer stay here. It’s clear that the hotel does not value its guests' safety, and this experience has led me to feel deeply uncomfortable and unsafe. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, especially those who value their peace of mind and security.

The location was ideal, the staff were friendly, the room was quiet, the bed was very comfortable, and the rest of the furnishings were great. I especially appreciated that when I set the HVAC fan to high, I didn't still hear the AC cycling on and off. Perfect stay.

My travels brought me to Tulsa this weekend. Although I was here a couple months ago, I wasn't in town long enough to leave a review anywhere as I was just picking up a new rental car because Budget car rental staff didn't do their job and rented me a bad car. I had to pick up a new one.
While pricey, this hotel isn't one of your lower end hotels either. You have room service, and plenty of amenities. There's no complaint from me about my room. It was a comfortable room, although this new trend of not having carpet in the rooms isn't one that I'm a fan of. I like to walk around barefoot, the ground is cold. It's winter. I don't like it really warm in my room, so the floor really holds the cold.
The bed was comfortable, and the staff is friendly. Parking is a little crazy, but there was also an event happening at the hotel during my stay that I was unaware of.

If my budget would allow it, I would definitely stay here again, although probably not because $200/night is hard to swallow on the wage that I make. That's almost 2 days of full day of work just to pay for 1 night.

I came to Tulsa for work thinking I was going to have a great experience. I booked this hotel because of the location. I wasn’t greeted as Titanium Elite member , and I asked if there was any room upgrades , and I was told there wasn’t any available. I went on the marriot app to check and there is definitely rooms available as an upgrade for the entirety of my stay.
I’m not sure if I wasn’t offered a room upgrade because of my brown skin color .
Marriot has always treated me amazingly until checking into this hotel . I guess Titanium Elite means nothing , I’ll be going back to Hilton and Ihg properties.
Disappointed on my experience here.

Just an OK Marriott. Actual room was decent but shower was barely warm. Was pretty annoyed with young kids running the halls early morning. Also the M Club Lounge wasn't stocked over the weekend so no water or snacks all weekend.

In October last year I had such a terrible experience at this hotel I swore I wouldn’t return. I was back in Tulsa this week and read recent reviews which looked promising so I gave it another shot.

My experience is now 100% positive and it goes to show that management attention to details and service can make an impact.

I almost booked somewhere else as I looked at the reviews but so glad I didnt. This place was fabulous. The room was clean and everything was in working order. The breakfast was hot and fresh and I cannot complain about a thing. The shuttle from the airport has the most friendly, helpful and courteous drivers. We had a great time there and the decorations for Christmas was the cherry on the top!
