Before we made reservations, we call asked about how the vacuum truck works. Was told just call and they will be there. The truck is available Monday through Friday, 9-12 am. We made reservations for 2 weeks, starting on a Monday. We decided to arrive on Sunday, they said that would be fine. Arrived at park Sunday afternoon, spot we chose has about 5' rise in 40ft, impossible to get any camper level. About 75% of the park is impossible to get any camper level. Called resort, they moved us with no problems. Because we were the only ones in the whole park. Oh by they way, being we arrived a day earlier than our reservation, they charged us $53.00 for the daily rate, instead of the $40.00 rate for the 2 week stay, because the have to treat it as a new reservation. As soon as we pulled on sight was told the we should be able to last a week or so before needing vacuum truck. So much for full hook ups. We asked on Sunday if we could be pumped on Friday, no problem. Was told on Wednesday that they would be there on Friday morning. At 12:40 pm we called to ask about being pumped, was told he will be there in a bit just waiting on the weather. At 4pm was sent a text asking for us to wait til Saturday. We never responded. We hooked up and was headed to dump station when we got a call asking if it was alright to get to us tomorrow. They knew that we were upset with them, we set there all day waiting on them, with no communication telling us that they never had any intention of getting to us. No one at the park said another word to us for the rest of our stay. We left 5 days early to go to a park down the road that had full hook ups and was treated respectfully. We can see why we were the only ones in the park. We were being treated like we were in the wrong. Never felt so uncomfortable camping.

Absolutely stunning and beautiful scenery. Great communication and professional services. Great place for swimming, fishing, and camping. Beautiful cabins that are cozy and comfortable! Playground for the kiddos! So much more to enjoy! Highly recommend! Check this place out!! You will not be disappointed!

I got a boat in covered slip at Marina Del Ray. I got electric. Never no problems. All the other renters are fun to hang with and willing to help you with any problem. They have a really. Ice shower house with brand new washer dryers. And they ate cheap. They also in the summer got a really nice swimming pool and all the lake accessories one needs. Kayak, tube's. It is a really nice place to go to and juat chill

We have been trying out lots of different camp sites this summer and Marina Del Rey is by far the best we have been too. The entire place is so beautiful. We were still setting up when the owner came by to check on us to make sure everything was good. Every day that we were there he came by just to make sure there were no issues. There was nothing about our 3 day trip that was bad. Looking at booking many more stays with them. Thanks for a great weekend

This place is one of our most favorite places. People are caring about your needs. Just awesome people all around. Park is clean and well cared for. No sewer hook up, but they will bring a truck to you for dumping or a dump station to do yourself. We will be back.

Amazing! I had booked at another camp ground and whenever I arrived I wasn't allowed to park because it was after hours on a Friday night. After a few calls I found Marina Del Ray and WOW. It was midnight when I called something I hate doing and was met with a sleepy but VERY sweet lady. She booked all of my information, got me a slot number, and gave me the approximate location. The cost was great and even was able to get a boat slip!

Anyways, I can't say enough things from the staff to the location or even the facility all top notch. Thank you, Marina Del Rey, for saving our weekend!

I'm comfortable in saying that this resort is arguably one the best resorts on Grand lake! The entire massive property is meticulously maintained and incredibly well thought out. The ONLY con was no boat launch. But that isn't really isn't an issue. Just drop at Hammerhead ramp 8 mins away and park at the super nice resort boat docks during your stay. The fishing was excellent in that area of the lake, btw.. the kids had a blast playing on the epic playground and splashing in the pool. There's also various outdoor games around the property. We had a septic draining issue and the owner personally did his best to help rectify the issue. Thankfully there is an excellent bathroom/shower building by the pool which accommodated us very well. We had the best fathers day weekend here and we will certainly come back the next time we want to getaway and "Glamp" it up!!

This is an awesome resort on Grand Lake. The ownership has invested a lot into outdoor spaces including a new large swimming pool and gathering areas. The cabins are new and well built and the RV spaces are nice and shaded. If you’re looking for a fun get away on grand lake, this is a great place to go to. Highly recommend!
