This isn't the first time me & my friend stayed here but I love this place, the front office Guy is very nice & respectful & the owner, the rooms are clean & the bed is very comfortable, I just want to let them know my name is Kimberly leonard not Susan

The family is very nice and accommodating our room was ok and it's quiet here we were here 3 weeks other than 2 cigarette holes in blankets and one small stained towel that they replaced quick we have enjoyed it here I will stay here again.We read reviews and came anyway there are no bugs like people are saying and we are offered fresh towels everyday the bed was comfortable.We stayed in room 119.

If I could put ZEROOOOO stars I would! First of all they stole money from us! Charged me for TWO nights an extra $79.99 that I did NOT have for them to take! And when I went to confront they practically laugh in your face! And then when I was told I was charged $79.99 a different time I got charged $91 and they practically laughed in our face AGAIN and did NOTHING. On top of that the towels are brown and rock hard and disgusting! Mold is also forming in some of the walls! Do NOTTTTT recommend coming here. I’d search for somewhere else nearby

If I could give it a zero I would. I paid for my son to stay and he was locked out of his room. When we called the number that was posted for help the guy said he wasn’t around that my son had to come back at 9 pm. Then he offered a refund when I called at 9pm he said there was nothing he could do for me. So basically he made out with my money. I did report him to the BBB and put a complaint in. The price is not worth the aggravation and being worried that my son is in that state outside having to wait all day for someone to come.

If I could give it less than one star I would . Hotel receptionist was horrible didn’t work with us . No hospitality, a charge of $25 is immediately charged to the room if you check in before 4:00. We traveled two and half hours and were welcomed by the receptionist that was unwilling to waive any fee or consider any hardship. She basically wrote us off and charged the $25 . One and done !

Stayed there for two weeks. First off, the carpet had dry throw up that looked like it had been there for days before checking in. Thin walls made it easy to hear people having sexy time two rooms away. Ordered a pizza and had to throw it out the next day because it had mold on it. The room is overly infested. Poor customer service. I asked for soap and shampoo and the owner took four days to give me a partially used soap (no shampoo). The door to the main office was closed when I had to pay, which made it hard for me to go to work. NEVER AGAIN!!

Awful. This place is filthy, old, outdated, and gross. I didn't even let any of my stuff touch any of the surfaces. I put a towel under my bag on the desk. If I weren't in a jam from making a booking mistake on a real hotel, I would not have stayed. The only good things I can say is that it did pass my "hair inspection" - I didn't see a single piece in a bed, bathroom, or floor, so at least they vacuum and hopefully do the sheets. It also didn't smell like a smoking room, even though there was an ash tray on the table. || The sheets were gross too. The walls have dried brown fluid running down them. I got out of there as quickly as I could in the morning. Nasty.
