Food is good. Pass on the lettuce, it's always a wilty mess. If you pay for side sauce online, check bag before you leave. I don't think I've ever received the right amount I ordered and paid for. 2 or 3 side ranches and get 1. My husband gets VERY frustrated about that. Shakes are yummy but not consistent. Overall, it's still my go-to. I give it 4 stars. Husband says 5 stars.

I ordered a custom burger, “build it how you want.” It was delicious, very flavorful. Be ye warned, they are small. I was hoping for a big burger but nah... was on the small side. The French fries were seasoned and crunchy good. But they charge $5 for a side of fries and it isn’t that much.
You can order online or walk in and they’ll take your order for sit-in dining. The dining room is small. They do not take phone orders.

Good food, friendly server, but the atmosphere was a bit chaotic and cramped. The actually burger was really good and I enjoyed it, and the peppermint mocha milkshake was delightful! Taking off a star because the sweet potato fries looked/tasted burnt. Now, I know from experience working food service that sweet potato fries start to char/burn very quickly, and there’s a fine line between raw and burnt, but these didn’t really have any sweet potato flavor and just tasted burnt. The regular fries were really good though! Overall great place for lunch.

If you are hungry for a burger then you should give Mama B's a try! The place was clean and comfortable to sit and enjoy your meal. We sat inside but there are plenty of nice tables outside, if the weather permits. 😁 The staff was helpful, pleasant, social, and provided good service.

And for the important part, the food. I got the MOAB burger and shared the sweet potato fries with my wife. The portion of fries was plenty and we found it just the right amount to share. The burger was fantastic. Freshly cooked, soft bun, juicy, and full of toppings. It was a large burger with two patties, once I picked it up I couldn't put it down. Just the right amount of food and messy hands. 😁

I always maintained that Mama Burger was the best burger place in Flag because of the delicious burgers (and best veggie burger too) and endless milkshake options. But last night they solidified that number 1 spot. It had been a rough week since I just got the news that my old pup didn't have too much time left. My friend called up Mama Burger asking for a plain patty 'for a very old dog' and the team sure delivered! They put together a whole care package of patty, milk bones, and a cup of vanilla ice cream, and even wrote a note on the bag! It was just the nicest gesture that my dog and I both needed. Thanks Mama Burger!

Came into town to see some snow and was craving a green chili cheeseburger! 10/10 one of the best burgers I’ve ever had! Fast service, good environment! I’ll definitely be coming back🙏🏼

Had the chance to eat here again after a couple years. The service is good, the employees are kind people. The place is clean and the food comes out quickly. The french fries they serve here are so delicious and crispy honestly the best fries i've had in a long time. I also asked an employee what burger people often get they recommended The Paco Burger. The burger was really good and flavorful, it definitely satisfied my hunger. I highly recommend this place when visiting Flagstaff.

The burger was good. Cooked fresh to order with thick, well cooked bacon. My husband had the MOAB. Basically it's a double cheeseburger with everything on it. It was messy so that's a sign it's good. The sweet potato fries were yummy and a good amount. I would eat here again but not a must.
