I chose this motel because of cost and didn’t expect much. But I have to say I was very pleased. There were no fancy extras but all the expected amenities were there, it was clean and well serviced and I really appreciated the friendliness of the front desk.

I would definitely stay here again! In the summer lol ! My pup and I stayed here for a week. I travel a lot and I've paid expensive prices only to get spiders, bed bugs critters and dirty room. Not here!! Very affordable and very clean rooms. Remodeled bathroom. I was pleasantly surprised. The owner was very nice and had lots of information about the area for me. The house keeper was friendly as well! Thanks for a pleasant stay!

Definitely won't be back. They advertise a breakfast on their website, but in the morning there's nothing, not even coffee (the lobby is even locked). Plus they charge an unadvertised pet fee of $15. I spent 50% more on this stop than budgeted for the pet fee and the breakfast I had to buy. The owners make money off lieing too and scamming their customers. Don't give them your business.

Spent 3 days in a room here because my truck was in the shop, it was close to Albertsons and it was the cheapest hotel in Klamath Falls, guess that was my mistake. Didn’t have any bites before I got here. So I would assume they have bed bugs or fleas. You can be the judge from the pictures. Id highly recommend not staying here especially room 16.

Very fair prices the people are absolutely friendly and nice to talk with.
Not fancy but very clean I will definitely stay there when I pass through anytime

This room was disgusting. We booked a non-smoking room, and this room reiked of smoke. We could not stay here due to our daughters health issues and the stale cigarette smell in the room. They would not refund our money, so we were out $160 and had to go pay for a room at a different hotel that didn't put our daughters' health at risk. The owner working was nice. However, he would not refund our money since we booked online. The online booking company was a nightmare to deal with. I feel the owner could have refunded our money as the online company we dealt with was still paying him for the room that we didn't even stay in.
