We stayed here as a loved one was in OU Medical Center. The staff was fast and friendly.....BUT...the kicker was how clean this place was! I mean in every corner and crevice it was spotless! Room was great and bathroom spotless! Breakfast was pretty good with good options. Over super great for the price!

These are non smoking rooms, but the whole floor smells like cigarettes. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast closed early because they ran out of plates. When we arrived, there was a homeless guy sleeping in the dining area. The hotel in general was dirty and shabby. Not in a great area.

Positive: Great bed! Kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The location to Bricktown is right for the price. Full breakfast was delicious--4 star for hotel breakfasts. I stay often! Negative: I don't like the open shower with no door. The shower splatters into the bathroom and floor.

We always stay here, and it's a great location. The check-in process was easy and quick, and the staff was very nice. Our only complaint was there was no hot water for the showers in the morning.

People need to be more honest in feedback on hotels, so here's my honest assessment: I'm a gold member with Choice Hotels, so when I saw an average 4.8 stars on this location I thought that it would be an excellent place to drop in for my little Bricktown vacation.

While the facility is fairly new it is rough around the edges for sure. Elevator buttons are missing, or barely work, fixtures are missing or broken in the rooms, the front entry is tight and definitely not conducive to rolling out the luggage carts with ease. Additionally, it was tough to ever catch anyone at the front desk, particularly in the immediate hour after checking, which was kind of puzzling.

While the location is convenient, the facility requires some TLC. I recommend a bit more of an inspection of the rooms/elevators/environment on the part of staff and for others to be a bit more honest when they post reviews.

Honestly the cleanest hotel I have ever been too. I thought they just opened but they have been open for 4 years. Their staff is top notch. Would love to stay there again when in OKC.

Positive: it was clean, bedding and towels smelt and looked clean Negative: only one person working, so we had to go down and get anything we needed when hospitality is usually the other way around. we had to ask them to make more coffee when the breakfast was out and they seemed annoyed.

Positive: The room was fantastic. Cheaper than the other 2 hotels in the same spot and the room was huge. Having an almost full size fridge was great, the dishwasher and dishes provided were wonderful. Negative: We stood at the check in counter with another couple checking in for over 5 minutes till someone came and checked us in. There was also homeless people sleeping right outside the entrances, I know staff can?t do much about that.
