Great food and service! Everything we had was great! Seriously the best burger, fish sandwich, fries and fried pickle chips we've had in a really long time. We'll definitely be back. Loved the cozy, calm ambience and big windows...our server was attentive and kind. Thank you!

We are in town visiting and decided to give Main Street Cafe a chance. Me and my wife are soooo glade we did. We started with the mozzarella sticks which were awesome. I ordered the chicken sandwich (blackened) with a side of onion rings and my wife went with the grilled cheese on white bread with fries. Both our meals were delicious, and could not have asked for better food. The wait staff was great and the atmosphere is cozy and relaxed. The cost of our meals was very reasonable. If this place isn't a local favorite I'd be surprised. We will be back before we leave for sure.

Everything about Main St. Café is superlative. I think they have one of the best burgers in the city. Certainly in the top five of all the burger joints that I have been to, including zips and Dellwood. But on top of that, the last time I was there, I had the homemade
roasted red pepper soup. It was as good as the best soup in any high end restaurant. Service is excellent. As far as atmosphere, it is closer to zips than to Dellwood in terms of atmosphere.

Stopped in to grab a bite while I was in the area. Quaint lil pub-style diner. I went for the special which was grilled chicken melt on artisan bread with sweet potato fries and their holiday punch. The server was sweet and didn’t take long to get my food. Perfect location RIGHT on the corner so you can’t miss it.

They claim to cook burgers to order and to requested temperature. The last three (THREE) times I’ve asked if the burgers are cooked to temperature liking. I was told yes. This is not true. All burgers are charred crispy, very very well done. It would be a better business practice to admit they are unable to cook temp to order. Their beef is obviously precooked and refrigerated to serve a later day. Very unfortunate, I cannot support my local business.
*My girl says the BLT and fries are great and my kids loved the chicken sandwiches!
(For burgers… your better off going next door to Wendy’s!)
