Our family stayed here one night. It was very convenient for being nearby an event we attended. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Bed was comfy. Beds looked fairly new. Room wasn’t renovated but still clean and comfortable. Fridge and microwave were handy. The staff were friendly. Near many fast food places and a grocery store. Pool was cute and clean. We would stay again!

The room is very nicely done ans spacious,but the age is clear. Bed was very firm and the pillows were a bit thin but overall comfortable. We stayed for 3 days. The pool was very refreshing.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again

If you want to go to a place crawling with roaches; even in its breakfast bar… yes baby roaches were crawling all on the milk container (there’s been other that complained of this) go. IF you want to go to a place that the property management is utterly DISRESPECTFUL to guests, go here. If you want to be woken up at any hour of the night because of other tenants being loud and the on property staff do not care, go here. You cannot attempt to check out and get your money back that you have already paid into the place because the non refundable policy starts the day BEFORE you check in. So if you get there and it’s utterly and unreasonably gross, you’re messed over out of the money paid. When you are traveling on a strict budget and cannot just afford to go find another place to stay after paying about $200 you are for better lack of terms, SOL. I took pictures of how the room looked when we arrived and spoke with the lady at the front who then “took” pictures of my phone with the way the bathroom was left from the previous tenant. There appeared to have a LARGE hole caused by the door knob in the bathroom, blood stains or bodily fluids like feces on the wall, mat in the tub was filthy/moldy. It was reported and expected to come get cleaned. Yea, NOPE. The woman at the desk eagerly showed myself and my young son the DRIVERS LICENSE with full details showing of the previous tenant of that room. I believe that’s some sort of violation in of itself. Nonetheless, the never cleaned the room not once while we were there, I opened the door a few time to let them know they could come in and do it if they needed. They just passed us along. To get clean towels was a struggle too. The mini fridge didn’t keep the food cool or cold. So I lost food because of that. When I reached out to speak with management because of the non refundable policy and voice my concerns the guy on the phone was absolutely belittling, condescending, disrespectful and even yelled at me about the situation told me that I used his space but also that he wouldn’t refund what was already paid to them at check in, so what else was I going to to? You’re not going to know there’s a pest problem until you checked in.. I would have left night one but with a non refundable policy (even after showing the concerns at hand, they tell you, oh well you don’t get your money back) essentially you are stuck to have to use their facility. They claim the pool was open and available but it was disgusting and I highly doubt it’s been cleaned any a while. No one was even using it. I had roaches in my room and had to put all my belongings higher up and purchase new tooth brushes and toothpaste because I was grossed out with knowing that our dental hygiene items were touched by roaches. Save your time, and money and go somewhere else, this place is not worth it or the headache to deal with the management. Ha try to request to speak with the owner, you’ll be told it’s an old man living in India who is technology illiterate and can’t communicate with anyone but the property manager. I find it hard to believe that the owner of a business would make themselves that hard to reach out to with these kind of concerns. And by reading other reviews now, I know I’m not the only one that’s been mistreated by its property management.

My family flew in from across the country for my graduation, they show up and find out animals aren’t allowed, they say okay no problem and decide the dog will stay with me at my house, 5 minutes away. The inn tells them they’re no longer allowed to rent their even if the dog doesn’t stay with them. You’d think with such a run down place they wouldn’t care about a dog, and would definitely wouldn’t be turning away paying customers who have no argument against policy.

The room was really nice and clean. Comfortable bed. The only negative is that we could hear the people in the next room talking. Limited breakfast, they did have warm waffles which was good. Good location with a lot of stores close by but there is a lot of construction around the area. Definitely will stay here again.

Very nice first impression...opened door and room has a very pleasant clean smell...newly remodeled..beds are comfortable... bedding newer ..the air conditioner was on and Temp was perfect ..my absolute only complaint is the pillows are flat... kicking myself for not bringing my own!...also lots of cable channels! Very Happy...and this place deserves more stars than the 3.6!

The mattress r so old and feels so uncomfortable… the worst nigh ever…. Towels r not clean at all and we found some pice water lid on the sheets and also found a sharp object in the bed.
I’m not happy at all I want you to keep thins in mine in case you want to book here.

My wife and I stayed here to get away from stress for the weekend. The outside is a bit sketchy looking, but don't judge a book by its cover. This hotel was perfect for me as a traveler with a tight budget. The room was great! Free cable and free wi-fi; what more can you ask for? The bed was a bit stiff, but I wasn't expecting anything luxurious for the amount of money I spent. If anything, It was a place to lie my head down. The staff were super friendly and even let us check into our room early. I would definitely consider Magnolia Inn & Suites for future getaways.
