Our stay at Madison Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service stood out—especially the valet team, who were prompt, professional, and welcoming. Their attentiveness set the tone for a truly enjoyable stay. Our room was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged for comfort. Housekeeping did a fantastic job of ensuring everything was pristine throughout our stay. Dining at the hotel was another highlight. The food was not only delicious but also well-prepared and beautifully presented. Beyond the excellent service and amenities, the hotel’s location was absolutely picturesque, it truly enhanced our stay. Overall, I highly recommend to anyone looking for top-tier service.

I had the pleasure of staying one night at Madison Beach Hotel on Sunday evening, March 23rd 2025. This hotel is an absolute heaven on earth.

Location is gorgeous, overlooking the beautiful Long Island Sound! The hotel itself is impeccable, clean, modern yet classy and elegant. The entire staff were extremely attentive, courteous and friendly.

Upon check in (which I did prior on the Hilton app) I was able to go directly to my room (#303) and naturally, the room looks exactly as you would expect. The bathroom is spacious with a lovely tub and shower, also a shutter so you can open it and lay in the tub and watch tv! The glass doors allow access to the terrace where you can admire this beautiful world.

The bed was super cozy, the electric fireplace is a nice touch and the layout itself is ideal for anyone who likes luxury. I truly slept like a happy baby! Since I was able to enjoy my stay during the quiet season I was able to enjoy it even more.

The restaurant on site is equally amazing! Valet attendants were also super kind and quick. I truly enjoyed my stay and felt rejuvenated and ready for my business event and my week ahead.

My family and I just had the best stay at
The Madison Beach Hotel.
It is a gem of place to rest your head and reset for a weekend.
We had the pleasure of being greeted by valet, and then inside by Wahied the Guest Service Director and his very pleasant and helpful staff.
During our stay we mingled with some very friendly and professional breakfast, dinner and lounge staff. Thank you Mike.
In addition we had the luxury of indulging at their tranquil spa. Thank you to Rose and Dave for our couples massage. And also to Ella and Krisztina for the wonderful massage and facial.
As if all this wasn’t enough, upon departure we had the most polite and courteous valet named John who treated us like family on our journey back home. Many thanks to John for keeping chivalry alive !! 😊
We look forward to our return visit.

We had a wonderful family lunch today to celebrate family visiting from England. Kim our amazing waitress and John the Manager were exceptionally kind, cheerful and so helpful. The food was delicious and so nice to have lovely vegetarian options. Thank you very very much for a fabulous time.

We are thrilled to have found this gem of a Hilton! What a treat to be right on the ocean with amazing views and the sound of the sea. The room was spectacular with a large balcony with chairs facing the ocean. The bed was very comfortable, and with the electric fireplace, the ambiance was unbeatable. We also really enjoyed the soaking tub and huge shower!

We also really appreciated the history of the hotel. They/owners/Hilton were good to preserve some of the history of the property and you can read about it in one of the hallways.

What makes this place even more special is the staff. Every staff member we interacted with displayed the utmost professionalism, and were ready to go above and beyond to accommodate every need.

We cannot wait for our next visit.

We make this an annual visit because it far surpasses anything else! While staying at the Madison Beach Hotel, we were warmly welcomed upon arrival. Special mention and thanks to Sarah and Diana! Valets are professional, and extremely accommodating, shout out to Joe and John. The first evening we had cocktails, and dinner at the Wharf Restaurant. We enjoyed their chowder & appetizers. We also enjoyed a delicious brunch on Sunday. The hotel and Wharf restaurant offers one of the best views as well as a warm, inviting atmosphere. Brent, restaurant manager, was gracious and accommodating. Highly recommend a visit here as well as a stay at the lovely & classic Madison Beach Hotel.

Excellent hotel! Amazing setting, beautiful large rooms and delicious food. But what really stands out about this hotel is the staff-- from Matthew at the front desk to John the manager, to John and Joe the valets, to Allison in sales and catering, to Jeremy at the bar, and to the very bubbly concierge who was the smiling face we saw every time we entered the lobby. Just exceptional service all around. We spent four nights there and wished we could have stayed longer. Hope to return next year!

A wonderful and beautifully appointed hotel on the shoreline of Connecticut. I have stayed at this hotel in the past, and the service and venue are always top tier. I recently hosted a work event in the ballroom, and the guests were over the moon about the space and the food. Staff is terrific across the board, from the front desk, to the valet, housekeeping, serving staff, you name it. The restaurant inside the hotel (The Wharf) is excellent. If you are looking for a one or two night getaway on the beach, regardless of season, look no further.
